Rough Week For CNN: Contributor April Ryan’s Private Security Detail Reportedly Assaults Journalist

It’s been a rough week for CNN. Chris Cuomo went ballistic after being called “Fredo,†which he and the network said was an anti-Italian slur. It’s not. Fredo is just the quasi-mentally handicapped brother from The Godfather. Okay—he’s not really mentally handicapped, but he’s not smart, easily manipulated, and betrayed his brother Michael, played by a young Al Pacino, in the film series. You’d get it if you see the movie. Anyway, Cuomo went off on a Trump supporter, threatening to throw him down some stairs. Then, CNN Host Don Lemon was slapped with a sexual assault allegation. Coming in third is April Ryan, whose security detail reportedly assaulted a journalist trying to film her address at an education conference in New Jersey (via Press Freedom Tracker):

That's beyond blue-on-blue, :silly: . MSM people treating MSM people like crap! :silly: And I doubt many MSM people are capable of reflecting on what they have made themselves. Sadly, I think they need to have the crap beat out of them at lots more BLM and Antifa riots to attain that sort of self-reflection.

A New Jersey court has issued a summons Monday against CNN political analyst April Ryan’s bodyguard, after he allegedly assaulted a journalist.
The alleged incident occurred earlier this month, and involved Charlie Kratovil of the New Brunswick Today. Kratovil was credentialed for the New Jersey Parent Summit, where Ryan gave the keynote address.
Video emerged last week of Ryan’s bodyguard Joel Morris allegedly attempting to snatch Kratovil’s camera and assaulting him.
Kratovil’s take on the incident (just below what I quoted), IMO, is a bit naive.

CNN pundit April Ryan’s security guard has been charged with assault after he forcibly removed a local New Jersey reporter from an event at which Ryan was delivering a speech.
Charlie Kravotil, editor of New Brunswick Today, claims that Ryan’s bodyguard, 30-year-old Joel Morris, approached him during Ryan’s speech at The Heldrich Hotel on August 3 and stole his camera after he refused to stop filming.
A video of the incident shows Kravotil, who secured press credentials for the event, following Morris into the lobby of the hotel to retrieve his camera. After the local journalist reclaimed his camera, Morris grabbed his arm, placed it behind his back, and shoved him out of the hotel.
Morris has been charged with harassment, assault, and theft in connection with the incident.
The MSM generally, CNN especially, and April the Entitled and Arrogant particularly need to have their snout rapped. I just wish I were confident that would happen as it should in this case.
