11 Months After School Attack, Feds Hide Trans Killer Manifesto

It’s been nearly a year since Audrey Elizabeth Hale — a 28-year-old woman pretending to be a man — stormed into The Covenant School, a Christian school in Nashville, and murdered six people, including three 9-year-olds.
It’s very likely that because Hale described herself as transgender, local and federal law enforcement have refused to turn over the multitudinous writings that made up the Covenant killer’s manifesto. Some Freedom of Information Act advocates contend the manifesto would have been made public long ago if Hale, who liked to call herself Aiden, were indeed a white male who fit the accomplice media’s narrative of usual suspects.
As the Washington Times reported in December:
The person who killed three 9-year-old children and three adults at a private Christian elementary school in Nashville this spring left behind at least 20 journals, a suicide note and a memoir, according to court filings. The writings have been the object of intense speculation and an open-records battle, with several groups suing to force Nashville officials to release them to the public.
I know about that last part as well as anyone. I’m a plaintiff in two of the lawsuits.

Nashville Shooter Manifesto has never been released, one leaked paged. How I read it; Sound like this is the stuff she heard in school, MSM and some political leaders. White people are bad and if you are white and have money, you are really BAD.

When information is withheld it is for a reason (or reasons). Had this killer been a white male Fundie gun-humping Pro-Lifer, the full text (or set of texts) would have been released or leaked within 3 days.

Federal Judge Orders FBI to Turn over Covenant Killer Documents for In-Camera Review

A federal judge on Friday ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation to turn over all documents related to Covenant School shooter Audrey Elizabeth Hale, including the killer’s manifesto, for a private review of materials.
The FBI was ordered to turn over the materials as part of the nationally watched lawsuit brought by plaintiffs Star News Digital Media Inc., the parent company of The Tennessee Star, and Michael Patrick Leahy, a resident of Tennessee and CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Star News Digital Media and journalist Matt Kittle. The plaintiffs are seeking the release of Hale’s manifesto.
U.S. District Court Judge Aleta A. Trauger cited in her order a “significant public interest” in the case and determined there is not enough information to justify siding with the FBI.
Trauger wrote in her three-page order, “The court also finds that the significant public interest in both the requested materials and the law enforcement objectives asserted by the FBI support in camera review and that no showing has been made that the requested materials will be so voluminous that they would pose a significant danger to judicial economy.” ...
