Crazy old man Harry Reid: Koch brothers are tax cheats, just like Romney

Another day, another Harry Reid lie. Yet again, this one is about the Koch brothers.
John McCormack, Weekly Standard:
Senate majority leader Harry Reid has a whole page on his official Senate.gov website devoted to revealing “THE FACTS ABOUT THE KOCH BROTHERS.” One of the alleged facts promoted on Reid’s website is that the Kochs do not pay any corporate taxes:
“They are known for bankrolling conservative, Libertarian and Tea Party causes and became poster boys for corporate tax reform last year when an Obama Administration official suggested Koch is organized as an S Corp. and so pays no corporate level taxes.”
The claim that the Koch brothers don’t pay corporate income taxes was first made by former White House official Austan Goolsbee, but Koch Industries lawyer Mark Holden disputed the accusation and raised the question of whether someone in the Obama administration illegally accessed the Kochs’ tax returns. Goolsbee’s comments led to a federal investigation–the results of which have never been released.
That’s the great thing about being a Democrat. You can keep a canard alive forever, regardless of whether there’s the merest scrap of evidence for it. Just make $#!+ up. Throw out a bunch of flak to distract from your own ineptitude and dishonesty. The worse you screw things up, the bigger the lies.
Now Reid will insist that the Kochs are responsible for disproving his baseless claim, just as he did when he baselessly claimed that Mitt Romney hadn’t paid taxes in 10 years. And the seething, miserable base of the Democratic Party will cheer him on. It doesn’t matter if what he’s doing is decent or honorable or sane, because the Koch brothers must be stopped by any means necessary.

If true, then so what? That's not tax evasion, that's doing precisely what Congress expected closely-held corporate businesses to do when it enacted the s-corporation provisions in the tax code.
Furthermore, that doesn't mean they don't pay taxes, it means that all of the corporation's income gets reported on their respective individual tax returns, and they pay tax on that income under the individual rate structure.
I fail to see how following the plain vanilla law as Congress enacted it constitutes cheating on your taxes.

Actually, I think you misspelled it; it should be "cockhead" shouldn't it?
