Did he cite the relevant Article and Section that gives the Executive branch authority to force such a recusal?

A liberal cite something from the Constitution?   HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) argued that the Department of Justice (DOJ) could force the recusals of Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito in cases it is facing related to the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol attack.

Straight up fascist.

There is a reason the men left camp with nothing more than pointy sticks to go hunt large animals that could gore them or stomp them to death, back in the day...

Also a reason for lunar based astronomy... :yowsa:

But everything is modern now, and the men are looking at hygiene products dispensers in their restrooms...*****rollingeyes***** ...and being encouraged to hunt the Great Tofu. :thud:

The man makes a good point.

In truth: we're only halfway there.

We'll be all the way there only when the Jacobin/Progressive Democrats start prosecuting normal Americans for made-up crimes.

Which, if left unchecked, they will.

Just in case you missed it, they have already done that!  @andy58-in-nh

Trump lost billions of dollars by getting involved in politics and then after winning, he donated his Presidential salary every single year.

Now a politician who got filthy rich while in office is putting him in jail.

Everything is backwards. It has to stop.

Sorry to dash Trump-haters "orange jumpsuit" fantasies, but Trump won't be taken into custody; or go to Rykers, even if he's slapped with a prison term. He'll be free on BAIL PENDING APPEAL. Sentencing won't be enforced until all NY appeals are exhausted -- well past the election
