House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y) said Friday that special counsel Robert Mueller will not be testifying before his panel next week.
Nadler told reporters that the committee is still negotiating over his testimony with the Justice Department and Mueller but expects him to appear.
“He will come at some point. If it’s necessary, we will subpoena him,†Nadler said.
Democrats had originally hoped Mueller would testify on May 15.

They won't care if Mueller doesn't testify (even though it's his report). It's all about Barr at this point.

The rats most certainly do not want Mueller testifying.
Why would they? He could easily put lie to the narrative they’ve been spewing lately and they cannot stop the few republicans left with any integrity from asking the wrong questions.

Mueller may be concerned about putting himself on record too. He should be feeling a bit nervous about now.

Funny how.... Trump Jr. gets subpoenaed.... but not Mueller. Backasswards much?

What I'd love to see is the witness standing before the committee and answering each question with the same two-word response: "Eff off!"
