Title: General Flynn’s sentencing delayed again as calls ramp up for Trump to pardon. What’s going on here?

A federal judge delayed the sentencing of former Trump National Security Advisor, Gen. Michael Flynn – again – prompting a call from Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton to “shut it down.”

Fitton attended Flynn’s hearing before Judge Emmet G. Sullivan on Tuesday morning at U.S. District Court in Washington D.C.

Me thinks the Judge is giving the prosecutor enough rope to hang himself with!

In a joint court filing earlier this month, Mueller and Flynn’s lawyers only replied that they are not “ready for sentencing.” It was the third time sentencing was delayed.
