As I understand it, the biggest problem with the cameras is how they are calibrated. The argument is that the cameras discharge regardless of the color of the light or the speed of the vehicle and there is no real way to challenge the ticket.
It is not being used for 'safety' at all. The sole purpose of the cameras is fund raising. Since Democrats HATE police, where will all these new funds go? Illegal immigrants would be a likely recipient.

It will snap a pic of the driver, check the race of the person at the wheel, and then mail tickets only to white and Asian drivers.

Democrats love government oppression to justify tax and freedom oppression. Remember this is part of democrats demanding;anything is better than Trump. ...and they are busy ramming it down your throat for being dumb enough to believe and go along with that.
