Without a note card or teleprompter Biden will screw it up...I don't think this will ever happen, there will be some excuse why he can't..

They'll ask him easy questions, won't push him, and probably limit it to an hour or so.  Expectations will be rock bottom, so anything he does better than that can only help him.  And the press will be going after Trump hard.

He should, but he won't.

0% chance CNN and ABC don't feed Biden the questions ahead of time so his handlers can come up with scripted answers.

2 foreign nationals in ICE custody after attempted breach at major Marine base
Foreign nationals initially directed to holding area for additional vetting

Two foreign nationals are in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody after an attempt to breach a Marine Corps base this month, officials confirmed Thursday.

The incident happened on May 3 at Quantico Marine Corps Base in Virginia. A spokesperson for the base said two people in a box truck were stopped at one of the gates. The driver told military police officers they were making a delivery to the Post Office and worked for a company subcontracted by Amazon.

Because they had no affiliation to the base and no approved credentials, they were directed to a holding area for vetting.

"It was at that time, one of the military police officers noticed the driver, ignoring the direct instructions of the officers, continued to move the vehicle past the holding area and attempted to access Marine Corps Base Quantico," spokesperson Capt. Michael Curtis said in a statement.

"Due to the swift response and execution of their duties, the officers were able to deploy the vehicle denial barriers, prevent any further access to Marine Corps Base Quantico, and detain the individuals who were eventually turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody."

No injuries were sustained and officers did not report any weapons. The breach had first been reported by the Potomac Local News.

On Thursday, Fox News asked Acting ICE Director Patrick Lechleitner about the case, and he said he was familiar with the case and that the two nationals are in removal proceedings.

Jen Psaki predicts Trump will bail on debate with Biden’s rules

Former White House press secretary Jen Psaki predicted that former President Donald Trump may bail from the debates with President Joe Biden after agreeing to most of the guidelines set by the Biden campaign.

Biden and Trump agreed to two debates on Wednesday after Biden issued guidelines that he would accept to face off against the former president. Psaki told the Pod Save America podcast on Wednesday that she is “still a skeptic” that the pair will debate and predicted how she thinks Trump could back out.

“Trump could certainly say, ‘I never agreed to those specifics in the letter,’ and he probably will, and that’s how this all falls apart, even though he’s basically said, ‘I would debate him anytime,'” Psaki said.

She also said the move to be forthright with guidelines for the conditions Biden would accept and to challenge Trump with a video was an “interesting play” but also put the Trump campaign “on their back feet” in having to agree to the stipulations quickly.

“I think, internally, they knew that at some point, this is going to hit a head, and they were either going to be ahead of it or be responding to Trump,” Psaki said.

“So it was smart in that sense. I think it was also smart that they put out this letter of their criteria, which basically — I mean, none of this is on the level, this entire election in many ways, in terms of how Trump is operating — but it did put the Trump team on their back feet where they had to just agree to that. If they tried to litigate things on there, they would have looked a little weak,” she added.

Where the Trump trial stands

WHERE THE TRUMP TRIAL STANDS. Now that the trial of former President Donald Trump has finished its fifth week, it is clearer than ever that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against the former president rests on one person and one person alone: Michael Cohen. And that means the hopes of Democrats, from President Joe Biden down, that a conviction of Trump would shake up the presidential race and allow them to refer to Trump as “convicted felon Donald Trump” — those hopes, too, rest on Michael Cohen.

Now, after after three days on the witness stand, Cohen is looking like a shaky foundation on which to build the first prosecution of a former president in U.S. history.

Trump’s defense lawyers have revealed two simple but important facts about Cohen. The first is that he has a deep, obsessive, and all-consuming animus toward Trump. “I truly f***ing hope that this man ends up in prison,” Cohen said on his podcast, which is part of a career as a Trump basher that Cohen began after serving a prison sentence for tax evasion and bank fraud, among other offenses. “You better believe I want this man to go down and rot inside for what he did to me and my family.” On another occasion, Cohen said Trump belongs in a “f***ing cage, like an animal.”

The stock market is a good investment for those who have extra money to invest in the stock market.  But for your average working American, it's difficult to find that money when the government takes away 12+% of your wages at the point of a gun and then lies to you about putting it in a Social Security trust fund for you to have later.

If the average worker was allowed to put that 12% into the stock market instead, that worker would retire as a millionaire.

In other words, they could do this without any extra legislation....

Looks like we need a SCOTUS decision to do away with the absurd notion the disparate impact is proof of invidious discrimination, or this nonsense will continue spreading.  (I've always wanted to ask people who take that position, who is being oppressed to cause people of East African descent to dominate elite long-distance running?)
