I know, I know, the title is kinda, sorta sexist but ... I don't care and ... I didn't write it! :shrug:
(I can't imagine that the dance would be as fun or entertaining as it is if it were guys doing it ... sorry!)

I had never heard of this dance until I saw this video.

my knees hurt just watching those girls.
