I remember that as well.

I remember the song.  I believe we've passed the 'eve' of destruction.  We've been on a path of destruction. It is just becoming more apparent.

I keep praying and hoping that things will change.

I was 9. I didn't recognize the title of the song, but once I started listening to it, I heard it plenty of times.
