Title: Police: Syringes Found On Suspect Test Positive For Semen In Churchton Grocery Store Assault

CHURCHTON, Md. (WJZ) — Anne Arundel County Police said semen was found inside syringes tested after a man was arrested for allegedly poking a woman with a syringe in Churchton grocery store.

Police received the results of what was inside the tested syringes on Friday.
“We are unsure if any of those were the syringe in question,” police said, updating their initial release saying semen was in the syringe used in the attack.

On February 28, 2020 the Anne Arundel County Police Department learned that the substance in the syringe from the 2/18 assault was semen. Additional testing and investigation are under way. 1/2

Thomas Bryon Stemen, 51, was placed under arrest on Tuesday and charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.

Better test for HIV, Hepatitis, and other serologically borne diseases, too. There might be an attempted murder charge in there..

If he had done this in CA, he'd probably be walking free right now.

Intentionally/knowingly infecting someone with HIV has been decriminalized here. 

Seeing as how he did this elsewhere, there may be some actual justice dispensed.
