ATLANTA — A peaceful protest in downtown Atlanta turned violent Saturday evening when protesters set a police car on fire and started smashing windows.
Six protesters were arrested, Atlanta Police Chief Darin Schierbaum announced in a news conference on Saturday night. Those people have not been identified and their charges have not been released.
Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens said several of those who were arrested do not live in the Atlanta area or in Georgia. . . .

It dawns on me that these sort of "protests" are being done, partly to destroy stuff and loot, but at some point, people in general will so stridently cry for a crackdown so ANY protest, actually conducted peacefully, will be shut down, and violently so.
If there isn't violence, it only takes a half dozen or so with some IEDs to make it look like it's a general thing.
Of course, when and where and against whom the rules are applied depends on whether your group is officially backed by Kameltoe's bailout bunch.

You know what will stop this lunacy fast? Make it legal to shoot anyone committing arson, looting or other mass destruction and I bet all of a sudden the little turds will decide their little anarchist vacations aren't worth taking. Asa others have said these fascists should never have been tolerated in the first place, if every city dealt with them harshly and flushed them out like the turds they are right away without letting them establish a firm position we wouldn't see situations like this. And if our so called representatives had any real concern for law abiding Americans Antifa would be designated the terrorist organization it is and shut them down, but the democrats, DOJ and FBI have no desire to stop the constant turmoil and disruption in America.

An explosive device would be flung near the officers causing the area it was at to catch on fire. The police would fire into the crowd and gunshots were fired into the crowd with 1 person being killed and another injured. Community workers would try to stop any violence from occurring in the future along with mayor Ivan Allen Jr. going to the area in an attempt to lower tensions. H.
