Biden admin launching pilot program that would allow Americans to sponsor refugees for $2,275 each
January 19, 2023 | Terresa Monroe-Hamilton

The Biden administration is set to launch a new pilot program on Thursday that will ostensibly allow groups of Americans to directly sponsor refugees from across the globe through the State Department program called the Welcome Corps.

The program permits groups of private American citizens to sponsor individuals through the Refugee Resettlement Program if they can cough up enough money to do so, pass background checks, and devise a plan on how to support them, according to Fox News Digital.  It is similar to a model used in Canada.

The program was first reported by Reuters. Groups of at least five people will be required to raise a minimum of $2,275 per refugee. Then refugees can begin the process of going through background checks.

The program’s goal is to find sponsors for 5,000 refugees before the end of the current fiscal year in September. An announcement is expected on Thursday from the Biden administration.

NOW, MORE THAN EVER
Illegal Aliens need your help to survive and thrive.  Your yearly gift of 2,275 dollars to sponsor an invader will go a long way to increase crime, disease and suffering to millions of Americans. In return for your donation, we will send you a picture of the one you helped  evade immigration plus a special gift donation to The Human Fund in your name.

Thank you for your support,

Biden’s State Department Launches ‘Welcome Corps’ that Asks Americans to Help Resettle 125K Refugees in U.S.

President Joe Biden’s State Department is launching a “Welcome Corps” program that will ask Americans and green card holders to help resettle refugees across the United States.

Last year, the Biden administration announced a massive increase in the annual number of refugees it would try to resettle across American communities. Though the cap is merely a numerical limit and not a goal to be reached, top officials have suggested they are looking to resettle about 125,000 refugees in Fiscal Year 2023.

Biden’s refugee cap is eight times the 15,000 cap set by former President Trump.

As part of the administration’s goal to drastically increase refugee resettlement, the State Department has launched the “Welcome Corps” program that effectively allows Americans and green card holders to sponsor refugees for resettlement in the United States.

This year, alone, the State Department is looking to have at least 10,000 Americans help resettle about 5,000 refugees through the program.

By summer, State Department officials said they hope to turn refugee resettlement into a quasi chain migration effort where Americans and green card holders can sponsor refugees that they choose to come to the United States.

Chain migration is the process where newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. on green cards. More than 7 in 10 legal immigrants arriving in the U.S. today do so solely because they have relatives already living in the country.

And here I was thinking it was illegal to import slaves into America, regardless of how much you were willing to pay the government for the "pass".

You wanna collect money?

Collect it for completing the border barrier.

Collect it for returning the invasion forces home.

The Biden administration has also facilitated those who seek to sponsor evacuees from both Afghanistan and Ukraine, as part of an effort to create pathways for migrants and refugees who are ostensibly fleeing harm. The government launched a program last year to bring in 100,000 Ukrainians via a program using humanitarian parole authority after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The program reportedly does not contribute to the refugee cap.

Biden has also announced an expansion of the humanitarian parole program that allows up to 30,000 Venezuelan, Cuban, Haitian, and Nicaraguan migrants to fly into the country if they have a US-based sponsor. The move is purportedly in response to a surge in illegal immigrants at the border.

Sasha Chanoff, who is the founder of RefugePoint which identifies people in need of resettlement, claims the sponsorships could be one of the most significant developments for the US refugee program since it began in 1980.

“It invites Americans to get involved in new ways,” he declared, according to Reuters.

My thoughts too.

So Pedo Joe doesn't think wasting our tax dollars isn't enough?

And even more....will Sally Struthers be doing the beg-a-thons?

@Right_in_Virginia

Back in the early 1600's,that was called "Indentured Servitude".

It was so popular,it later evolved into outright slavery.

I CAN'T be the only one seeing this for what it is.

Today, it means that the US Government showcases potential sex slaves for illicit underground sex-slave brothel owners who then pay a $2,275 finder's fee back to the federal government.

Other charities will allow me to sponsor a refugee for as little as $19/month.

As a thank you, they will send me a fleece blanket made by those same refugee slave laborers.

$2,275?  Really?  What's the State Department's rating on Charity Watch?  Seems like a lot of administrative overhead.

What has the United Nations been spending its refugee budget on?
