"Hail satan forever" and "Jew bus wuz here." Those are some of the messages racists spraypainted on the back wall of the iconic Cathedral Basilica of Saint Joseph in downtown San Jose.
Last weekend, the cathedral was vandalized. Local City Councilman Raul Peralez's mother saw the damage done by the vandals before the church could paint over it. The slogans spraypainted on the back wall were truly horrendous: they were both satanic and anti-Semitic.

What makes this even worse is that locals tell NBC Bay Area that this is a regular occurrence in this neighborhood. "They’ve been doing parts of the church, they’ve done the back, they’ve done this wall, but I think it’s maybe the second time they’ve done the main building," restaurant owner Aldolfo Gomez says.
This has been happening regularly, but it took a City Council member and his Eucharistic Minister Mother to get local MSM to cover it, finally (this is the only story I could find about this cathedral being vandalized on any SF Bay Area station)?

The occasion of a vandalized Catholic cathedral becomes another opportunity to scream racism? Shouldn't they be condemning, say, Christophobes or anti Catholics along with anti-semites instead?

Yeah, well, even KNTV doesn't have much experience covering this vandalism (KPIX? KGO? KTVU? Cricket ... Cricket ... Cricket ... Cricket ..., so maybe they'll get up to speed ... eventually ... after a few more such incidents.
