Title: Obama's Jobs Council Shutting Down Thursday

I am amazed this has not been brought up on here, but if it has, I could find nothing in a search.

Apparently the problem of unemployment has been solved since the Jobs Council is closing down. This is doubly remarkable given that the Council rarely met but there it is.

Obama can now move on to pressing matters such as gay marriage and requiring religious institutions to violate their consciences, but getting people jobs is not longer a concern.

Oh, dear.

Last week, initial claims for state unemployment benefits increased 38,000 to 368,000, the Labor Department said on Thursday.
