Ron Johnson wants communications from 16 new DOJ and FBI employees, including James Comey and Andrew McCabe

Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson has requested the Department of Justice turn over communications from 16 FBI and DOJ officials, including former Director James Comey and former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
In a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein sent Wednesday, the Wisconsin Republican requested “all documents and communications†— which includes emails, memos, notes, texts, iPhone instant messages, and voicemails — from 16 employees between January 1, 2015, to the present.
The request is part of the committee's broader probe into how the FBI handled its investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server.
Johnson requested the aforementioned communications from Peter Strzok and Lisa Page — the FBI agents who at one point exchanged anti-Trump sentiments before being assigned to special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe — as well as Comey and McCabe.
He also names outgoing FBI chief of staff James Rybicki, acting FBI Deputy Director David Bowdich and John Giacalone, the lead FBI agent on the probe into Clinton's emails. Johnson also asked for the text messages between Strzok and Page that were previously recovered after being considered missing.

Johnson also requested that Rosenstein notify them exactly when the Justice Department knew of the previously missing Strzok and Page text messages, and also if the FBI has had other “glitches†with other FBI employee-issued devices.
They have until Valentine’s Day to get this info to them.
Love how they are turning the tables on them as the folks they have requested this info on all were mentioned in Strzok and Page’s text messages.

The unfolding story has actually been known to a few. Mark Levin put the pieces together, last March 2017.
At the time, the LA Times called him a conspiracy kook. But he recently replayed his broadcast,, and it is available on YouTube I think.
Sara Carter had the story, too. Others include Dick Morris, Joe diGenova/Victoria Toensing...probably others.

Carter is mother of six, now with Fox, previously with Circa (Sinclair). She is daughter of a Cuban immigrant and USMC father. Grew up in partly Saudi Arabia. College Cal Poly Pomona, journalism (Calif. State Univ. system)

It could be that Gowdy hadn't the backing needed to proceed. But times change and Republicans now seem confident of not falling on their swords for daring to do their jobs.

When he’s thrown in the towel repeatedly for multiple investigations for a period of 8 years.

I have a better outlook today and think it is all going to come out and the Democratic Party is going to be left in tatters. There’s just too much there for it not to happen. Too many know the truth and Obama was unsuccessful getting dirt on Trump to get rid of him to cover it all up just as the Trump team didn’t fall for the traps set by O and Hill during the year leading up to the election.
The greatest scandal in our history is about to unfold. I believe we are in for some good times and 2018 to be a banner year.

I gotta say again that no other candidate, especially no one coming from a lifetime in politics, could have managed to muscle his way into the presidency and accomplished so much return fire as Donald Trump has. Bushes gone, Clinton gone, burdensome regulations gone, media elite decimated – check. Deep state, next.
