Dozens of immigrants found along the river bank

Staff report

Border Patrol agents found 31 immigrants along the Rio Grande near Hidalgo on Thursday.

In a news release, the agency says the immigrants were made up of families and unaccompanied children from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.

Would they have crossed to that "river bank" if there was a 40-foot-high wall waiting there for them...?
