Multiple fire crews are at the scene of a large fire at an egg farm in Bozrah on Saturday.

Firefighters said the fire was in a chicken coop at Hillandale Farms on Schwartz Road.  ...

It's unclear what may have started the fire.

The Department of Agriculture said it has been in touch with the leadership at Hillandale. At this time, the DOA is not responding, but is continuing to monitor the situation.

Smoke is the enemy, here, and will kill far more birds than the fire.

Maybe it is an 'artifact' of reporting, but it sure seems like a lot of food production facilities have caught fire in the last couple of years.

No confirmed reports of local churches, schools, and businesses having chicken dinner  benefits in the wake of the fire.  :tongue2:

And that graphic is a good example.

Almost thinking it was FDR, but the modern version is Gibbs Rule #39 that is usually quoted.

I only believe in coincidences to the point where the probability of repeated ones being random is so small that they are near statistically impossible, like the list you posted.
