Former senator Harry Reid undergoes surgery for pancreatic cancer
Washington Post, May 14, 2018, Seung Min Kim
Former Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and underwent surgery on Monday to remove the tumor, his family announced.
Reid, who led the Senate Democratic Caucus for a dozen years until his retirement in early 2017, had the surgery at Johns Hopkins Cancer Center in Baltimore, and now plans to have chemotherapy treatments, according to the statement from his family on Monday.
“His doctors caught the problem early during a routine screening and his surgeons are confident that the surgery was a success and that the prognosis for his recovery is good,†the Reid family said. “He is now out of surgery, in good spirits and resting with his family. He is grateful to his highly skilled team of doctors and to all who have sent and continue to send their love and support.â€

No, it isn't.
-
No, pancreatic cancer usually progresses rapidly.
-
Patrick Swayze succumbed to pancreatic cancer. I believe the survival rate, at least back then, was something like 5%. Not good odds.

I hope he has made peace with his Maker.
He has lived a very corrupt life.

Eff him.

I should say so. His former employers wore black shirts and ties, spoke in grunts & called him 'Clean Face'.

So this is good then? Maybe they can save taxpayers money and put this jerk Reid and Crazy Johnny in the same cheap pine box.
They belong together for eternity anyway.
-
Well he'll get to become a "god" in the afterlife, so he's got that going for him.

I'm pretty sure they already tuned him up in that 'treadmill' incident a while back.........
-
Hey maybe he and McCain can work it to go at the same time, then they could get a twofer funeral what with the way McCain was always reaching across the aisle and handling Reid's stuff, er business, er.............

On a completely unrelated topic, when do the death panels kick in? We sure are spending a lot, when we should be handing out pills.
