They are getting soooo desperate over Joe Biden's diminishing 2024 election chances that now weathermen are engaging in political campaigning while absurdly PRETENDING they are not campaigning. One such weatherman is Steve MacLaughlin of WTVJ's NBC6 station down here in South Florida. Watch how he jumps up on the Climate Change (Global Warming) bandwagon to lecture the audience while piously pretending he would never tell us who to vote for while obviously telling us who NOT to vote for. (Hint: NOT Trump, WINK! WINK!).

Is it too much to ask weathermen to simply report on the weather and stay OUT of politics?

At least when I order from a self-service kiosk, my order comes out correctly more often than it did before.  Now all they need to do is to automate the cooking and assembly of the food.

Fast food chains have been raising prices nationwide for a couple of years. The moronic $20 minimum wage for fast-food workers simply accelerated the increases.

Bidenflation clocks in at 19.1% since Joe Biden took office

Here's how we get more inflation, according to TIPP, which found that Bidenflation went up yet again, dating from the day Joe Biden took office.

    The dark reality of Bidenomics is 19.2% inflation under the President’s watch, which is 5.9% annually. When he took office, inflation was at just 1.4%. Since March 2021, it has stayed above the Federal Reserve's 2% target (38 consecutive months.).

    Under Biden, the federal debt has increased by $6.9 trillion. The Federal Reserve printed money out of nothing to finance his spending spree. The increased money supply without a corresponding increase in goods and services reduced the value of each dollar, causing prices to rise quickly and leading to high inflation, effectively acting as a hidden tax on everyone.

    Prices have increased by 19.2%, while real wages have declined by 2.6%. Average hourly earnings for all employees dropped 2.6% to $11.09 in April 2024 from $11.39 in January 2021 when Biden took office.

Biden has tried to gaslight the public with raw lies, claiming that inflation was 9% when he took office. The easily debunked reality is that it was 1.4% according to official data.

The gaslighting continued with his vice president, Kamala Harris, who claimed that Biden's out-of-control federal deficit spending was bringing inflation down.

"We're dropping trillions of dollars on the streets of America right now," making everyone wonder who got 'em. I wrote about that idiocy here.

Not to be outdone, Biden declared that he had done such a good job that Americans "have the money to spend" on inflated prices of goods. I wrote about that here.

Air Force pilot killed when ejection seat fires on the ground
The Air Force grounded about 70 similar T-6As in 2022 after flaws were found in the explosives used in ejection seats.

An Air Force instructor pilot with the 80th Flying Training Wing at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas died overnight from injuries sustained when their T-6A Texan II ejection seat activated during ground operations here May 13, the Air Force said in a release.


Capt. John Robertson of the 80th Operations Support Squadron was severely injured when the ejection seat of the T-6A Texan II aircraft he was in activated during ground operations Monday, the Air Force said. He died of his injuries overnight.

“This is a devastating loss for Captain Robertson’s family and loved ones, and for the entire 80th Flying Training Wing,” said Col. Mitchell J. Cok, the acting wing commander. “Captain Robertson was a highly valued Airman and instructor pilot. Our deepest condolences go with all who knew and loved him.”

The T-6A is a propeller-driven trainer that is the first plane student pilots officially are taught to fly at Undergraduate Pilot Training, or UPT. All Air Force pilots, regardless of the plane they will eventually fly, begin their flight training at UPT at Sheppard of another training base.
