Stormy Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti leaves federal court in the Manhattan borough of New York, U.S., April 26, 2018.
Lucas Jackson | Reuters
Stormy Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti leaves federal court in the Manhattan borough of New York, U.S., April 26, 2018.
The lawyer Michael Avenatti on Wednesday identified another accuser of Supreme Court pick Brett Kavanaugh, Washington resident Julie Swetnick.
Swetnick, in an affidavit posted online by Avenatti, claims that Kavanaugh, as a high school student in the early 1980s, with others spiked the drinks of girls at house parties with grain alcohol and/or drugs to "cause girls to lose inhibitions and their ability to say 'No.' "
Swetnick said these efforts by Kavanaugh and his buddy Mark Judge were done so the girls "could then be 'gang raped' in a side room or bedroom by a 'train' of numerous boys."
"I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their 'turn' with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge Brett Kavanaugh," Swetnick said.
She also said that in approximately 1982 "I became the victim of one of these 'gang' or 'train' rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present."

So let me get this straight. This stupid whore said that women were drugged and raped to the point there were lines out the door. Everyone was aware of this she claims. After being aware of this this stupid whore ALLOWED herself to become a victim of this. No one has said a word about this widely known rape parties for 30+ years.
-
One woman ok, 2 women,, start to wondering, third woman..hmmmmm
@austingirl
Even the lawyer for the 2nd Soros paid whore cannot verify anything she says is true. The NY Times walked away from her story because others said she was lying. You can take your PoundMeToo bullshit and stuff it up your ass.

Lmaooo
@mirraflake, you cannot be serious.

Six FBI investigations into Kavanaugh's background already. You have to remember, those are very extensive for something like this to slip by??

I was in 100% support of Kanvaugh at first, was until a few days ago. This latest womens testimony is too powerful..
I've seen hundreds of guys like Brett in HS, college, my fraternity days. Totally different when they get a few drinks into them.
Do you really think Brett was a virgin choirboy hanging wround with this bunch of guys? I don't believe it for a second.
Go to the twiiter page and read her entire statement

The guy is a nerd. He’s always been a nerd. I don’t say that to disparage him; it’s just the truth. Alcohol doesn’t turn a virginal nerd into a super villain playa who runs gang rape rings.

If this was so well known at the time as the *victim* claims...why is no one else mentioning it and the FBI missing this 6 times....give me a break.
This is a last minute attempt to stop the hearing tomorrow.
BTW whoever leaked the calendar to the press should be shot...now they can see the parties he attended and place themselves there...
-
This whole thing has been a bit of a "the bigger the lie, the more people believe you" type of situation, the accusations get too juicy to believe.
That is a serious accusation, it's one thing if one hears about a "date rape" situation (and very bad make no mistake). This accusation would be clearly in the very criminal darkside.
-
It's a pretty damning statement.
-

@Frank Cannon
Going to the beach and goofing off for a group photo rules out virginity?
-
What a steaming, putrid pile of manure.
-
So according to the statement, she knew girls were raped at these parties but never called the police and continued to attend them.
-
It's a pretty damning statement.
Her security clearances are damning.
As has been said from the outset, this Mark Judge guy may be trouble.
But she gets all of these security clearances, the FBI has investigated Kavanaugh SIX times.
It seems they should have run into her before.
-
So according to the statement, she knew girls were raped at these parties but never called the police and continued to attend them.
Yep.....let her testify..let the woman the Repubs hired cross examine her... :2popcorn:
-
The timing on this is really bad for the Kavanaugh side. The day before the supposed hearing gives the K side no time to research this and the accuser, and give cover to Ford to not show up. "There's really no need to testify with this further evidence". Which is why Avenatti chose 48 hours in the first place.
-
So according to the statement, she knew girls were raped at these parties but never called the police and continued to attend them.
Makes perfect sense. So believable/s

Delay! Delay! Delay! That's the name of the game and has been from the outset!

These kind of parties would be hard to keep quiet for crying out loud yet no one else has mentioned them.
-
Go to the twiiter page and read her entire statement
I did and the only person stupid enough to buy what she is selling is someone with brain damage or a hardened Leftist freak.
A) once again we have someone who can't tell us when this happened. She can't even give us a year (hence Avenatti using the phrase "around 1982")
B) She claims these gang bangs were so big that people were in lines out the door, wet others at these parties who were interviewed NEVER claimed this happened. Not even the other two lying accusers.
C) Avenatti has his Political Statement for President ABOVE the charges on his Twit feed to promote himself over the flimsy charges.
D) This woman cannot tell us if women were just drunk or "Drugged" to make them so loose, even though she claims to have had it happen to her.
E) The timing totally stinks.......AGAIN.
F) This woman is shaping up to be another Leftist activist from her online activities. She was a Govt' employee.
-

Good point about this accusation giving cover for Ford to back out.

Yeah a real nerd,, have you seen his HS photos? He was a good looking guy, athlete and a ladies man and very popular.
One of my fraternity brothers and i picked up two girls at one of our open fraternity parties. We started making out with them, I was at third base and just through some questions and sixth sense I figured out she was 15 years old though she easily looked 18-19 . I stopped immediately. I went down to my friends room and told him and he was like I don't care He messed around with her for 6 months . He tried countless times to get me to hook up with her friend again as she really liked me. .No way. Today he runs a large company, promininet in his church and I see his wife and daughters he post on FB I bet the wife does not know.
I am the only fraternity brother who knows the story.
People have hidden lives even background checks cannot find.

Here we go..Fox covering it and will have more later...
-
If anyone looks like they could be "deep state", it's her with all of that government experience and clearances.
-
So according to the statement, she knew girls were raped at these parties but never called the police and continued to attend them.
Not only that, but she went on vacation with the rapists in Ocean City after experiencing these rapes and being raped herself.
Must have been Stockholm Syndrome or the drugs they gave her took years to wear off.
-
Jail bait has always been a problem... and it is perverted but this other is extremely perverted. Still, like I said earlier, this Mark Judge seems to be a problematic character.

And NONE of these girls or their parents filed a police report? That's just a little bit hard to believe.

A) once again we have someone who can't tell us when this happened. She can't even give us a year (hence Avenatti using the phrase "around 1982")
I was parting heavy in college 80-84, I can't remember dates nor even the names some of the girls I actually screwed though I did at one time. I remember their face about it.
I went to tons of HS house parties and remember very little. I remember being there but can't recall where they were at.
The only way I can recall my Prom and homecoing dates is by pictures.
@Frank Cannon

@austingirl
It's what anyone would do
-
Thank you, @mirraflake!
This story basically matches the statement made by Mark Judge's college girlfriend, who said he told her about taking turns having sex with a drunk woman in high school.
This woman has corroborating witnesses. They really need to speak with them.
-
If drinking was a big deal with these people, so likely, would have been using illicit drugs... no mention of drugs yet mainly, until this story.
This story may preclude the "date rape drug" era.... so, I wonder what they used? Valium? Qualudes?" ... Alcohol. That's the one. I do wonder.
-

Another idiot trying to indict Kavanaugh based on BS.
One lie: claiming she 'believes' she was "drugged with Quaaludes" without her knowledge? How? Quaaludes are extremely bitter pills. You could never put them in someone's drink without their knowledge. I call Bullshit!
Another case of not being able to say exactly when or where these parties occurred? Like, if she was really raped, she wouldn't remember those not-small details? Bullshit.
Another case of no police report... this time for an alleged rape incident? Bullshit.
-
Boy, this delay certainly was a great political strategy on the part of Grassley. Why don't we wait another week, and learn all about Brett's work for the Chinese mafia?

Which would be better for Republicans:
1) Confirming Kavanaugh quickly and then looking terrible when all these things came out, having to vote on impeachment?
2) Holding a hearing for the (at the time) only accuser Dr. Ford before voting to confirm? So they could say they'd listened to her first?
The Republicans seem to have been playing chicken, assuming that no other allegations would come out.
Why they didn't listen to Avenatti, who's been emailing the counsel for judicial appointments since Monday, I don't know. He doesn't tend to bluff, and his questions were extremely specific.

Different time back then. Girls usually just shut up and went on with their lives. A few years back a close female friend and classmate told me she was raped raped by one of our classmates and told me of another classmate who were also raped by different guy.
HS rapes happened back in the day. Not reported, Some of it due to they knew the rapist, small town, thought they did something wrong to bring it on, embarrsement etc

Does that mean that Rush believes the accusation???
-
If anyone looks like they could be "deep state", it's her with all of that government experience and clearances.
That seems like a pretty logical presumption. Another obviously politically-motivated "accusation". Another uncorroborated by other witnesses. Where are all of the people now that supposedly attended these sex parties? They don't exist (I posit).
-
This is not a sworn affidavit and not witnessed or notarized. Why?
Does a Gaithersburg H.S. student go to parties with the elite private school kids twenty miles away? :pondering:
-
"I’m going to caution Donald Trump, Brett Kavanaugh, (Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck) Grassley and others: If they try to come after my client or engage in some smear campaign, they better pack a lunch, because we’re going to respond two-fold," Avenatti said.
"We’re going to respond double as it relates to force," he continued. "So they better be very careful before they start spewing nonsense and trying to call my client a liar."
-
I was 100% for Kavanaugh until just a few days ago.

Damn, I have stuff to do, but Dana Loesch is gonna be lit today. She was sipping whiskey last week...hope she brought the bottle back today.
-
@mirraflake, the guy was investigated six times by the FBI. SIX TIMES. And they never found out he was running a gang rape ring?
@CatherineofAragon I don't know if this was the reason, but the FBI background work only dealt with Kavanaugh's background from the age of 18.
-
After the Feds shut down the Quaalude pipeline, Mandrax (which were smokable) became Vouge and damn that was a fine high and led to all kinda stupid stuff /JS
You're missing the point. There is NO damned way someone could drug a drink with a Quaalude without their knowledge. I know. It was tried on me once. The drink tasted like crap, undrinkable.

There is a downside to perpetual drip, drip, drip hearings.
-
@mirraflake Bingo. And think about the cost to one of these girls if she came forward. " Who do you think the cops will believe? My mom is a judge, and your dad owns a dry cleaner."
@LauraTXNM
That's a problem in many cases, and a reason a lot of women don't come forward. I've observed as much in the past. But I try to judge each of these claims on merit, and this is such obvious BS. It's enraging to see the obviously clumsy attempt to destroy this man.

Actually..... right now.... I'm thinking that more aptly applies to you re: your opinion on this latest accuser.

@CatherineofAragon I don't know if this was the reason, but the FBI background work only dealt with Kavanaugh's background from the age of 18.
@LauraTXNM
Still, if he was assaulting women left and right only a couple of years earlier, the FBI would have found out something.

@catfish1957
Golley Gee....I can remember in college, a number of events where men (mostly jocks) were apprehended for rape.
With your theory, none would have been accosted. It all would have been kept hush by the women.
All you are is an incredibly naive dupe who has bought off on this left wing smear of the century.
No wonder our side is losing,

Exactly. If the allegation was true, he'd be chomping at the bit to have her report it "officially" to the police. It's a dead giveaway to the bogus/falseness of the charge, IMO.
-
I won't condemn a man on the strength of this suspiciously timed, illogical, and unproven allegation.
I won't condemn anyone, regardless of their sex, based on made up BS ever! Nor will I stand idly by and watch others do it!

I just reread this laugh track affidavit. Nowhere in there does she claim Brett did anything illegal to her or anyone. She just says that he was "involved" with the gang that did.
This thing is a shit show 11th hour distraction by a sleazy lawyer who already has his Presidential website up and running.

That's a problem in many cases, and a reason a lot of women don't come forward. I've observed as much in the past. But I try to judge each of these claims on merit, and this is such obvious BS. It's enraging to see the obviously clumsy attempt to destroy this man.

Democrats would drop this and move on to some other target as soon as Brett was confirmed. They might scream about it after the election. However, based upon information we had, Ford should never have been allowed to testify. The mere delay just opened Pandora's box of wild allegations. It only gets worse from here.
-
You're missing the point. There is NO damned way someone could drug a drink with a Quaalude without their knowledge. I know. It was tried on me once. The drink tasted like crap, undrinkable.
I didn't miss it @XenaLee I danced around it.
I still believe #3 was fully aware at all times of what she was doing, until she got so F'd Up that she didn't, it was quite prevalent back in the day, though I remember very little.

And then another. And another, and yet another. Next thing you know it's after midterms and a crap ton of GOP lose because of it. This is the Rat plan. As a bonus, they get to stop Kavanaugh.
There is a downside to perpetual drip, drip, drip hearings.
@Cyber Liberty I agree, when does it stop? But I think it would have looked worse if they hadn't agreed to hear Dr. Ford. Grassley must not have thought anything else would come up.
But still, let's say Ford had testified and Kavanaugh was confirmed last week. What would be happening now? It would be an even worse sh*tstorm, I think.

@CatherineofAragon I agree that this allegation is very serious and very explosive. But I'm not willing to say it's false or true until it's investigated. The Committee was notified about this on Sunday; I'm not sure why they didn't do anything to get out ahead of it.

Golley Gee....I can remember in college, a number of events where men (mostly jocks) were apprehended for rape.
With your theory, none would have been accosted. It all would have been kept hush by the women.
I never said non of the women reported it but plenty never did for the reasons I posted. I bet more kept quiet then reported it especially in the 50-80's.

@LauraTXNM
Still, if he was assaulting women left and right only a couple of years earlier, the FBI would have found out something.
@CatherineofAragon I would have hoped so. Either that means all of this is made up, or the FBI background check procedure needs to be completely revamped.
-
But still, let's say Ford had testified and Kavanaugh was confirmed last week. What would be happening now?
The Left would be foaming out of the mouth about a Trump Twit or slamming some other GOPer running for office as a rapist or claiming the GOP is trying to kill old people or promising to impeach Trump or any other items in their tired playbook.
This Kavanaugh issue would be dead because it would have no political advantage for them.

Do you know how thorough these things are? I know someone who got one. The FBI knows what you ate for dinner 15 years ago after one of these. The depth of information is stunning. These HS parties would definitely have been on the radar if he was there.
-
Exactly. If the allegation was true, he'd be chomping at the bit to have her report it "officially" to the police. It's a dead giveaway to the bogus/falseness of the charge, IMO.
@XenaLee @austingirl This is Avenatti's method, and the reason the Dems don't like him. They wanted him to go through "regular" channels; in their case that meant reporting it to the Committee. But if he hadn't been public, the police and/or the Committee could have buried the story. You notice he's been emailing them about it since Sunday. Avenatti might be an ambulance chaser, but he knows how to use publicity very effectively.
-
I just reread this laugh track affidavit. Nowhere in there does she claim Brett did anything illegal to her or anyone. She just says that he was "involved" with the gang that did.
This thing is a shit show 11th hour distraction by a sleazy lawyer who already has his Presidential website up and running.

Some progressive group is already preparing a website to stop Coney-Barrett. This isn't about justice, it's about mob rule. It's just not credible.

They had to give her a chance to tell her story. She may still refuse to do so. The rest of the "accusers" can go hang. If their stories turn out to be credible they can Impeach him.
If they didn't give her that chance, he would have lost the floor vote.
-
Six FBI investigations into Kavanaugh's background already. You have to remember, those are very extensive for something like this to slip by??
When I was in high school my parents became guardians for a young man 4 years older than myself. My Dad signed so he could go in the Navy early. He was out of the Navy in time for the two of us to start college together. Stoney took a brotherly and sometimes annoying interest in who I was dating, but I freely admit he saved my some grief in those days. We became fast friends. He worked as a DC police officer. Had shoot someone on duty and when they gave him leave, he went to my parents home in Virginia for his leave. He called my parents "Mom and Dad'. He took the same brotherly and somewhat annoying interest in who my younger sister was dating. He went on to work in the Federal government and had several clearances. Like clockwork, when it was security clearance renewal time, the FBI would show up at my door over the next 3 decades. They would always ask me about the nature of my relationship with Stoney. They were always persistent and sometimes hostile in their questioning. Same with my younger sister. Finally, I asked an agent, "Would you quit asking these same asinine questions if Dad were to actually adopt Stoney?". Agent told me that they just needed to be sure Stoney wasn't subject to blackmail that might make him a security risk. I find it hard to believe that the FBI hasn't questioned everyone whose name has been associated with Judge Kavanaugh at least once in the six times they've investigated him

I think the drug accusations are additionally bogus.
Notice in the statement the wench (via her attorney) states drugs and/or grain alcohol.
This is a very sleazy lawyer tactic to infer but not take a perjury / slander risk.
And as far as grain alcohol.... ever jungle juice party I went to in college had ever clear in it.

@dfwgator Actually, the Dems have been making statements all week about how unhelpful Avenatti is. He's too brash, etc., etc. The politicians don't like him; the public does.

If Grassley caves again, the Kavanaugh nomination is over, at least for now.
Time and time again over the past few days I've posted:
"Recess appointment", and the reasons for doing so.
Is anyone taking heed?
This may possibly become the ONLY way Judge Kavanaugh gets onto the Court.
-
Different time back then.
@catfish1957
I don't buy that at all. That's a convenient answer. If I did something, I'd be fearful of paying for it.

-
It's been stated more than once that Kavanaugh's check stopped with his turning 18.
What does that even mean? The alleged years are 1981-1983 during which Kavanaugh was 16, 17 and 18. Are you saying the FBI couldn't have, or didn't, check him during those years? I'm confused.
-
They lie.
@dfwgator It's funny; in a way Avenatti is the mirror image of Trump -- outspoken, speaking to the "people" rather than the establishment. He thinks the politicians are too unwilling to fight. He is thinking about running against Trump in 2020, and I think he might get popular backing like Trump did. Seriously, Dem politicians are wise to fear him, like the Reps do Trump.

And for observation perspective....
(1) 90% of today's so called deposition is a lie.
(2) 90% is carefully crafted innuendo.
(3) Under statutes of the time, what iron clad evidence in the statement would provide a LEO and prosecuting attorney enough to arrest / convict?

-
@Cyber Liberty No, definitely he deserves a fair and thorough process!!! I'm just wondering what made McConnell worried about him as the nominee. Why would he tell Trump, "Anyone but Kavanaugh?"
I very much doubt it's because McConnell knew this was coming. But then, it's hard to tell. He may not have liked Kav because he would demand Congress do its job, rather than letting the courts take the heavy lifting for forcing unpopular policies down the public's throat, as they have been doing for decades. McConnell is squishy, so I don't trust he is telling the truth about his motivation.
I think he preferred being the Minority Leader.

Rush was saying that Swetnick says one year, she was at 10 of these parties... isn't that bizarre, why would one go to so many in one year and continue? Rush is saying it's bizarre.

This Julie is two years older than Kavanaugh. So she's going to parties to be gang-raped at age twenty. Gaithersburg was the back of beyond in the early 80s and I find it hard to believe she would travel in those elite high school social circles.
She does not have high level security clearance- just a "public trust 5c" which a lot of computer people have you may see sensitive but not classified information.
If people would take a deep breath, do some research and analyze this claim, they would see what a load of crap it is.
-
Surprised the dims haven't though of going on and confirming him, and the impeach him just in time for a 2021 new dim president.
The main discussion has been impeachment, but without 67 Senators to convict, it's impossible.

And again -- right here -- folks are cavin' along with 'em!
My new "fearless Fishrrman prediction":
Judge Kavanaugh will not reach the Supreme Court UNLESS Mr. Trump recess-appoints him.
Even future female nominees are now going to be attacked with endless sexual harassment claims, coming after the nomination hearings are completed.
At first, it looked like Charles Grassley was handing the Kavanaugh imbroglio with aplomb, but now the cloak is pulled back and it's really just... incompetence, perhaps brought about by his advanced age.
If he doesn't get things back under control by tomorrow morning...
... it's over.
-
The females went to these parties, of their own free will. (Not a single accusation yet of girls having been kidnapped, taken to parties against their wills)
The FBI is Mueller, Comey, McCabe, Stzrok, Page. Hones, trustworthy, bipartisan.
But it appears tohave been naive for Republicans to trust THIS FBI
The virtue signaling dance on both sides, is ridiculous.
The virtue signaling defies biology. Extra, Extra: Teenage girls don't go to teenage drinking parties, expecting there to be no drinking, and no sex.

Their is a real possibility that if Trump is re-elected, we could have a 7-2 conservative court.
The Socialist know this.
They can't afford an originalist court.
if we would have had one all along, Roe V Wade would be struck down due to the 10th amendment, so would same sex marriage.

Your "womens" is a potential felon!
The latest accuser is older than Kavanaugh and is claiming she, as an adult, went to parties where kids were drugging and raping other kids and never reported any of it to anybody.
(The felony part)
And she kept going back to watch more kids fill up on alcohol and drugs and rape each other.
As far as having multiple "security clearances" ... I've had more than a few in my lifetime.
They are usually called "building passes" to secure building sites!
Many general contractors in the Washington area have them.

If any U.S. president ever had the internal fortitude to save a political nominee from a obvious, scurrilous campaign of lies and false witness, it’s this president. I suspect that if the Left is successful in preventing confirmation Trump would recess appoint.
In my reading Trump can be counted on (where warranted) to stand behind friends, associates and employees. (There are exceptions of course like betraying a trust or breaching a confidence or other typical grounds for dismissal.)
Interesting that there’s a dearth of ex-employees of The Trump Organization going public with problems or complaints with the company or with Trump himself. Firstly, few ever leave the company voluntarily because of the good work environment and secondly, no disgruntled employees. Says something about the boss.

Lindsey Graham on Latest Kavanaugh Accuser: "If you went to a party once where people are being drugged and gang-raped, you wouldn't go to the next nine."
-
I've been considering an alternative approach to getting Kavanaugh confirmed, but he must do it at the hearing tomorrow.
Judge Kavanaugh should make a statement, to wit:
"I have lost confidence in this Senate committee panel's ability to distinguish the truth from these spurious and baseless allegations.
I therefore make a request to Senate Majority leader McConnell for a floor vote on my nomination in the Senate as soon as possible, within the next 4 days.
I will accept the result of such vote, and either assume the position for which I have been nominated, or else released from this Orwellian nightmare of bogus accusations.
This concludes my testimony before you."

Viral photo of Feinstein, Murkowski draws LBJ comparisons
By Emily Birnbaum, Peter Sullivan - 09/26/18 04:40 PM EDT
Photographers caught Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) in a tense pose at the Capitol on Wednesday, with the photo quickly going viral shortly after being posted to Twitter.
The photo, which depicts Feinstein leaning over Murkowski, drew comparisons from Twitter users who likened Feinstein's stance to Lyndon B. Johnson, who often sought to use his size to intimidate lawmakers and reporters.

I was still 18 when I was in high school, and so were the majority of my friends.
Julie graduated three years ahead of Kavanaugh- why was she hanging out at high school parties at the age of 20.

@Sighlass, can we not do this here?
If judging each case on its own merit is hypocrisy, then everybody's crazy. Also, it's all right for you to name me.
That's my last response about the past on this thread.
No problem for one to be judging each case on it's merits if one is "judging rightly and not administering different standard depending on how well you like each candidate.
Now we have a far left senate member (Doug Jones) who is an expert at this type of sexual smear job sitting on the bench judging (and probable helping the left in this matter) who Trump gets to place on the SCOTUS. We could of had a solid conservative vote on all issues.
The hypocrisy is not in "rightfully" judging, it is the double standards applied in that judgement as I clearly pointed out in examples. Posting horse pictures and saying only public opinion matters instead of facts that can not be proven one way or another 40 years after the fact. Now circumstantial bs becomes relevant, anyone can step forward, make an accusation and get enough people behind them to push it into the limelight.
This mess is partially due to people not defending other candidates in the past, not just Moore, but others like Herman Cain (and nearly Judge Thomas). Once tainted even without solid evidence, they were dropped like hot potatoes, called creeps and perverts, and mocked endlessly. All without the benefit of the common courtesy of looking at the big picture of just how easy it was for political operatives to orchestrate.
Now it is happening to the poster good-ole-boy republican that everyone seemed to like and suddenly people decide it is too close to home and time to defend him. But is the establishment GOPe gonna suddenly grow a backbone after caving so many times in the past, and fight this tactic? Well one or two more women coming forward and odds are, the answer is no. The delays are pretty much the proof that this is already happening.
Do I derive some sort of pleasure seeing the redux of what went down in Alabama a few months ago happen again? No, but I still harbor some bitterness that it leads to this slippery slope that is a runaway feminism/lawyer controlling policy via means that few men can "rightfully" defend themselves from.

Julie graduated three years before Kavanaugh and Gaithersburg might as well be on another planet in the early 80s. Hard to understand why a 20 year old is going to high school parties. Was she a pusher?

"I am not perfect and sometimes I drank too much in HS"
So much for being a HS nerd with only his nose in textbooks as many kept cramming down our throats
Brett is starting to backpeddle a little and a little more. Mark Judges old HS GF is now spilling the beans and going to authorities.
Look, I think Kavanugh should be confirmed. What he did at age 17 should not be a hindrance. People change and they cannot be held to what they did as teen agers. He has led an model life for years. I have seen guys do a ton of crappy stuff in HS and college and later mature.
My personal belief is Kavanugh is one of the guys who when they drink too heavily turn into a not so nice person.

Well so far we have absolutely no evidence of that. None. We do have a ton of people who were on the scene back then denying everything these three Soros tied Liberal activists have to say. Your personal beliefs are based on projection from a life poorly lived.

You are a bold faced liar. I read the story. The only person with a real story described a hazing event for his fraternity that was entertaining. His closest friend at Yale says they went out all the time and he never got sloppy drunk. Everyone interviewed in that hit piece said he was a mellow guy and didn't cause trouble. He would drink and fall asleep. This is the opposite of what Leftist Pinkos like you are spinning.

You said a bunch of people. All you bring to the table is this fag from San Fran who after being interrogated further it has been found the A) he didn't socialize with Kav. B) he has a close friendship with Ramirez. C) he is a Leftist activist. D) he refuses to answer any follow ups on his allegations because his story started to fall apart.
All the people who knew Kav and actually socialized with him have totally different stories about him. Who to believe? Some dude who shared a room with him for a couple months or people who spend years with him?
And no. I will not apologize to some Commie symp spreading bullshit.

Documentation btw:
In a Culture of Privilege and Alcohol at Yale, Her World Converged With Kavanaugh’s
Last week, more than 30 years after they graduated from Yale, Deborah Ramirez contacted her old friend James Roche.
Something bad had happened to her during a night of drinking in the residence hall their freshman year, she said, and she wondered if he recalled her mentioning it at the time.
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/25/us/politics/deborah-ramirez-brett-kavanaugh-allegations.html (https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/25/us/politics/deborah-ramirez-brett-kavanaugh-allegations.html)
and
Kavanaugh classmates provoked by his Fox ‘choir boy’ interview
Another former classmate who has publicly supported Ramirez, James Roche, said Kavanaugh frequently drank to the point of incoherence. “He hung out with the football players and soccer players, and they drank a lot and were bros,†Roche, who briefly shared a room with Kavanaugh during their freshman year, said in an interview this month. In a statement Tuesday, after the Fox interview, Roche described Kavanaugh as a “notably heavy drinker†who “became aggressive and belligerent when he was very drunk.â€

Everyone should be able to see the method behind all these accusations.
It’s a STALLING TACTIC TO PREVENT ANY VOTE.
Just continue manufacturing women after women and then demand that inquiries be made before any vote because these women need to be heard. Hence, they can drag this on as long as they wish until the cows come home hoping that Kavanaugh or the GOP will simply give up out of exhaustion.
My friends, if we cave into this, this will be used as a stand operational procedure by the Democrats in future.
They’ve already done this successfully for Herman Cain and Roy Moore. If they succeed, Judge Kavanaugh will be another scalp and this tactic will be in their playbook.

The worst thing I ever did in grade, high school, or college was take a classmate's Peppermint Patty out of her desk and eat it. This was about sixty years ago.
She had won it in a class spelling contest or something, and I still remember her standing at the front of the room bawling her eyes out while the nun demanded to know who had taken her candy.
The girl sat right in front of me, and I frequently mistook her desk for mine. One day I sat down in what I thought was my desk, opened it up, and there was the candy. During recess I gobbled it down.
I never did confess to the crime.
But now, after much soul searching, I'm confessing. Alright officer.....put the cuffs on me...I confess.
