Although he seems absolutely sure such weapons existed, he gets brutally fact checked by the interim police chief of Ottawa who very very reluctantly admitted that no weapons in those trucks were ever found. However, as you can see, finally getting that answer from that highly  evasive police chief was like trying to painfully extract his tooth.
