We all have movies that...the first time we saw them, didn't impress us that much. But the second and third time, you realize what a great movie it is.
Oh yes we do. Although I'll go on the record that I hated The Bridges of Madison County.
So...movies like Gladiator, or Braveheart are not eligible. We're not talking Top 10 movies or Oscar winners.
So I'll start.

Enemy of the State - This was a movie from 1998 that's actually prophetic. The cast is very good. So many memorable scenes and lines....

The Bourne Legacy - Jeremy Renner is awesome in this genre. An everyman face that fills the screen.
Great cast. Great action. Nice twists...

Need to add a best Foreign Language Film to the list. Sophie Scholl: The Final Days

Wow, Navy! That sure looks compelling.....but back in 1982 when my own daughter was born, I had the bad luck of renting a VHS tape of Sophie's Choice.
Had a brand new rear projection SONY television.
When I understood the 'choice' they were speaking about, I reflexively threw the remote at the television screen...a very expensive impulse mistake.
Won't watch another movie like that again. :patriot:

Realize the thread isn't about favorite scenes, but favorite class B movies, but as AB said upthread, you guys are too serious.
Here's one of the funniest scenes ever....no matter how many times you see it.

Sorry for reminding you of that bad experience with Sophie's Choice, but Sophia Scholl: the Final Days was a totally different Sophie. A true story of the final days of Sophie Scholl, one of the most famous members of the German World War II anti-Nazi resistance movement, The White Rose. One of the most captivating movies I have ever seen. One that will stick with you for days afterward.
After the movie someone sent me this White Rose tribute and nearly cried my eyes out.

How could anyone leave True Romance off the list?
Unforgettable scenes that you'll watch over and over. Gary Oldman as Drexel, the pimp. Clarence Horley played by Christian Slater. Award winning performances.

And of course the scene with Dennis Hopper as Clarence's father and Christopher Walken as the Sicilian mafioso.

A movie I thought was mediocre the first time I saw it, but has really stood the test of time, mostly because of its nonlinear structure. No matter how many times you see it, you can never really predict what scene is going to come next. Plus, it has so much to say about the human spiritual experience.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uw63_YyNsF4 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uw63_YyNsF4)
PS: I also really enjoyed "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" but I thought that movie was a masterpiece the first time I saw it, so for me it doesn't qualify.
