He's very confident.  Different news sources are reporting different opinions; none of which I read at least, feel that he is going to be granted full immunity.  I listened to some of the arguments by his lawyers today and I was not at all impressed.

Trump says it was 'made clear' that a president 'has to have immunity,' during 'monumental' SCOTUS arguments

Former President Trump reacted to the "monumental" hearing on presidential immunity at the Supreme Court Thursday, saying he thinks it was "made clear" that a president "has to have immunity."

The former president spoke to reporters after sitting in a Manhattan courtroom for hours Thursday—the seventh day of his criminal trial stemming from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation.

Trump has pleaded not guilty to all 34 charges of falsifying business records in the first degree.

While Trump sat in court listening to witness testimony, the United States Supreme Court heard arguments on the issue of presidential immunity, and whether he is immune from prosecution in a separate case—Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case related to 2020 election interference.

Trump had requested to attend arguments in Washington D.C., but was rejected by New York Judge Juan Merchan, who has required the former president to be in court for each day of his criminal trial.

"I was forced to be here, and I’m glad I was, because it was a very interesting day in a certain way," Trump told reporters.

"The U.S. Supreme Court had a monumental hearing on immunity and the immunity having to do with presidential immunity," Trump said. "And I think it was made clear, I hope it is very clear that a president has to have immunity." ...............

485. Rise of Artificial Intelligence: Implications to the Fielded Force
The Evolution of AI, Implications for the DoD, and Unintended Consequences

[Editor’s Note:  The U.S. Army continues to grapple with how best to incorporate autonomy, robotics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our force modernization efforts.  In the words of former Deputy Secretary of Defense Mr. Bob Work, this is an “Own the Night Moment for the United States Army.”  But the clock is ticking, and our adversaries also understand the game-changing power of AI.

President Vladimir Putin virtually addressed over one million Russian school children and teachers at 16,000 schools on September 1, 2017, stating,  “Artificial intelligence is the future, not only for Russia, but for all humankind.  It comes with colossal opportunities, but also threats that are difficult to predict.  Whoever becomes the leader in this sphere will become the ruler of the world.”

Just as ominously, in addressing the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) on October 16, 2022, China’s President Xi Jinping stated that quickly elevating the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to a world-class army is a strategic requirement, and that China would adhere to the integrated development of the PLA through the concept of “three-izations” (三化) — mechanization, informatization, and intelligentization — the latter being China’s concept for integrating AI’s machine speed and processing power to military planning, operational command, and decision support.  Xi further stated that these three-izations are not to be achieved in stages but are to be pursued simultaneously and in parallel.
