University psychiatrist: Trump 'may be responsible for many more million deaths' than Hitler, Stalin, and Mao

The former chairman of the Psychiatry Department at Duke University claimed on CNN that President Trump is as bad as the worst dictators of the 20th century, and that his presidency might lead to even more deaths than they did.
While debating the merits of having psychiatrists come out with possible mental health diagnoses on Trump, Dr. Allen Frances said it was an insult to the mentally ill to compare them to him.
Frances, who is against psychiatrists violating the "Goldwater Rule," told CNN doing so will stigmatize people with mental illnesses.
"Well, I think 'medicalizing' politics has three very dire consequences. The first is that it stigmatizes the mentally ill. I’ve known thousands of patients, almost all of them are well-behaved, well-mannered good people. Trump is none of these. Lumping that is a terrible insult to the mentally ill and they have enough problems and stigma as it is."

This is why satire has become extremely difficult ... real-life people and their stuff are almost always crazier.

This is beyond your average TDS. I wouldn't know how to categorize it. If this is the judgment of your average shrink, then psychiatry is a worthless endeavor.

Among them, Hitler, Stalin, and Mao slaughtered on the order of 150M-200M. Trump has been President for a little over 2 1/2 years. I wondered if 150M-200M people in this world died of all causes in that time, and found an estimate that when calculated out, on the order of 380M-390M people died in all the world of all causes during Trump's time in office.
I think this psycho's case is one of ignorance - he doesn't know what magnitude of monsters Mao, Stalin, and Hitler were - and TDS. It was only in the 70s-90s that academia started, sort of, acknowledging how monstrous Stalin was. And I don't think Mao's slaughters - the worst of the three in sheer numbers - have really been acknowledged very publicly.

There is some real truth to that. Many psychiatrists say they entered the field to figure out their own issues and why their parents are like they are. That's a real thing.
But this is just our daily, "Trump is worse than Hitler thread." Tomorrow there will be another one just like it. Some noname buttplug from Nowhereville, Idaho will say, "Trump is worse than Hitler!" and the next thing you know it makes press nationwide.
I mean seriously, who ever heard of this guy in their life before this article? Oh! Nobody!? Really? What a surprise...
Could it be that these far-Left wackos are saying crazy shit because they know the infantile morons in the American press will make them famous for slamming Trump, which is the easiest "protest" on Earth, BTW. If these resistance guys want to protest or want to "take a stand for something", they should try being pro-Trump and see what happens. Being anti-Trump will not get you fired or beat-up. It is the easiest path to take. It is the path of conformists and cowards.
Being pro-Trump is the real resistance. That is when you are really putting yourself on the line for what you believe.
