A Palm Beach County Judge has ordered that the county canvassing board do a full review of all of the over and under votes if not done so already. That must be complete by 10 a.m. on Saturday.
The judge denied a review of duplicate and damaged ballots, which was requested by Governor Rick Scott in his lawsuit against Palm Beach County Elections Supervisor. He claims that Susan Bucher is illegally using her own judgement to determine voter intent when it comes to reviewing damaged absentee ballots.

And how did these ballots become "damaged"... I wonder if the vast majority of "damaged" ballots voted a particular way... How convenient...
