How does one get quote or text under avatar and above IM icons?

Thanks in advance.

If I understand what you're asking, just select the text to be inside the quote box and click on the button.

Or if you choose to do it the old-fashioned way, you can type

Code: [Select]

[quote] at the beginning of the text to be quoted and

Code: [Select]

[/quote] at the end of the text.

Thanks, I wasn't clear on what I was asking.

Under their avatar and above the post count, folks are placing quotes or statements there...just trying to decode the secret code.

Oh, OK.

Go to profile -> forum profile -> modify

And then put your desired text into this field:



Then hit the "change profile" button at the bottom of that screen.

The problem I'm having is getting the bracket inserted after  width=600 and before http

Look under modify to see how i did it..you are adding too much to the img brackets
