Only problem is he was in the Virgin Islands on December 22nd.
No way he can attest to them.
He wasn't there.

It will take at least a Supreme Court decision to "fix" this.

More likely, a Constitutional Amendment (requiring the president to personally sign official documents in the presence of witnesses) will be required.

When something is blatantly "unconstitutional", how do you rectify it?

How many Republicans in Congress would vote for a simple Constitutional amendment that states that presidents must personally sign official documents of office in the presence of witnesses, in order for those documents to be Constitutionally legal?

How many dem-communists in Congress would vote for such an amendment?
