U.S Rep. John Larson seemed to briefly freeze during a five-minute speech on the floor of the House of Representatives Monday afternoon, a medical incident that his office said was likely a reaction to new medication. His office said he is in "good spirits" since the episode.

Larson, 76, who represents Connecticut's 1st Congressional District, paused while speaking about his concerns regarding social security after Elon Musk and aides in the Department of Government Efficiency were given access to systems that contain Americans' sensitive information. ...

10 seconds in, John Larson can’t speak & almost seems like he’s having a mini-stroke mid-speech. We don’t know, but it has to be a possibility to ppl present, and only response was to give dude a glass of water. Kind of a metaphor for U.S. healthcare system.
