I want Trump SUCCESSFUL! His present approach will NOT generate that success. I think you will agree with me that the ends does not justify the means if it means the Republicans lose control of Congress in 21 months.
I have gone into over 100 enterprises and streamlined them, reducing resources, improving productivity and eliminating problems of all kinds. This approach Trump/Musk is using is foolish. I know what I am talking about. You do not alienate 2.4 million Americans, who are VOTERS...
V O T E R S !
...and who happen to be working for you. Plain *ss stupid, and mark my words, will not accomplish much.
Canceling the union contracts that Biden agreed to, you think that will stand up in the courts? Get f***ing real!!!
We as a nation are squandering so much money every day, the list is long for reducing our spending. And the federal workforce in my eyes could readily be reduced 40%, and done without alienating a single person.
Again, I want Trump to be successful, but he is being either poorly advised on how to reduce a workforce, or he is an idiot. Either way, in order to accomplish results that stick, and do not go away with the election of the next Democommie, or the ascension of the next Democommie when they impeach and remove Trump, and find a reason to dump Vance with him, thus making the newly created Democommie Speaker of the House the 48th POTUS. Yeah, it can happen, so think about it.
After seeing what the stinking Democommies are willing to do, willing to tolerate to have their way with the Biden fiasco, they are fully capable of doing anything. Can you imagine the nightmare of Hakeem Jeffries being the 48th POTUS? Well, this male version of a Kamala Harris may well end up the next POTUS if things unfold as I am imagining it.
Things we know:
1. The media is 100% anti Trump and will seize on anything to sink his presidency
2. The Democommies are dishonest, unethical, insane, actually extremely insane, and power hungry
3. The Democommies are doing everything they can to drag out the nominations for the appointees to Trump's
Administration, same as in 2017. Same stinking Democommie playbook.
4. Courts are not friendly to Republicans and Trump, even the Supreme Court. Trump is taking actions that will
fail in the courts. How many failed endeavors by Trump in the courts will have people turning against him?
I want results, but not be any means possible. I want smart approaches that produce results.
If Trump was smart about reducing government resources, he would take a different approach. Yes, he has done some good things in this effort. He has implemented a hiring freeze. Absolutely necessary. His next step should be to cancel contracts for contractors in every branch of government including the military for resources. High cost, and many of the contractors are actually doing the work that would normally be done by full time employees. I know for fact that this is the case. Eliminate all contract workers across the entire government. Many billions being spent.
The whole working at home mindset. Fact is, higher skilled federal workers were working 2-3 days from home prior to the pandemic. This has been a trend in the USA for workers for decades now. Forcing the federal workforce to return to the office 5 days a week will piss off every person of the 2.4 million federal workforce that is being subjected to this decision. It is idiotic.
I know many folks, not federal workers, working 5 days a week from home. Particularly system development folks. As someone that has focused a lifetime on making folks more productive, forcing them to spend 2-4 hours each day driving to /from an office 5 days a week does not increase productivity. I think it would boil down to the person. Yes, some people will be more productive, but I am not sure that would hold true of an entire workforce.
Fact is, I know one agency that does not have the office space to house all of their employees 5 days per week. They do not have the office space, because even before the pandemic, they had folks working 2-3 days from home each week. The federal government will have to secure more office space, spending billions to house all their employees 5 days per week. So you as taxpayer, how does that save you money exactly?
I tell you, when it is all said and done, Trump will not reduce spending. The bottomline, he will end up spending more yet. I do not think he has the stones to genuinely reduce spending on a large scale. It is not in his wheelhouse to do it.
