Yes it does. Regardless of why she says she did it, it was certainly a passive aggressive slap at me.
You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.
If they kill their own with no conscience, there is nothing to stop them from killing you.
Rational fear and anger at vicious murderous Islamic terrorists is the same as irrational antisemitism, according to the Leftists.

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly; do not claim to be wiser than you are. Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.   Romans 12:16-18

Perhaps I carry that to extremes, but I have a wood burning fireplace, and two of my 3 vehicles have crank down windows, one has a manual transmission. Not much on automatic stuff when it comes to things I can work by hand.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Same here. I'd rather control things myself. I bought manual transmission vehicles until the last one. Aside from worrying about  my knees refusing to operate the clutch...a manual is hard to find these days. And , as far as alexa and siri...I have no interest.

Well, I will admit it is nicer to be able to push a button and have 4 wheel drive than getting out in whatever mess you were in and locking in the hubs, but I can still do either.  I like my pickup (2WD), but it was built with the 55 MPH limit on, and it's geared a mite low for running the highway now (80 on the interstates, speedo pegs at 85). I really like the wing windows, though, and 'granny gear' is low enough to get going on ice. But that's why I have 3 vehicles, one for every purpose.

You only need a clutch for 1st and Reverse.  If you're looking to buy one, you actually have an advantage with less people competing.  I bought a used VW (6-speed) with less than 10k miles on it just before Covid hit.  Best purchase I ever made.  Two years later, I could have sold it for double what I paid.

I have rev-shifted pickups and even Harley Davidsons (broken linkage for the pickup, and broken clutch cable the first time, respectively), but using the clutch in conjunction with RPM control lets you steer on surfaces that are poor for traction in a 2WD (especially if you have chains on). I have used the gears to spin a truck in a 180 on gravel more times than I can count, so that clutch isn't so useless after all. It depends on the type of driving you are doing.

To rev shift, come off the throttle just a tish, which takes the gears out of compression, and slip it out of gear. If your speed and RPMs are right, it will slide into the next gear up.

Oh, man, I miss my wing windows. Those would be absolutely fantastic for winter hot flashes.
