Then-Vice President Joe Biden introduced his son, Hunter Biden, to Chinese premier Xi Jinping, on an official visit in 2013, new photos show. Vice President Biden also met Hunter’s business associates in China, despite later denials.

The photos — only a partial archive — were released in response to a lawsuit filed by Stephen Miller’s America First Legal foundation against the National Archives and Records Administration in 2022.

They shed new light on the Biden family’s history of influence-peddling, which dates back to the Obama administration, and which Democrats denied as they impeached President Donald Trump and claimed Hunter’s laptop was Russian “disinformation.”

Newly released photographs obtained by America First Legal (AFL) have reignited scrutiny over President Joe Biden’s connections to Hunter Biden’s Chinese business dealings. The images, obtained through AFL’s lawsuit against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), appear to show then-Vice President Joe Biden meeting with Hunter’s Chinese business associates, including key figures tied to the Chinese government.

The photos, which AFL shared on social media today, include Joe Biden introducing Hunter and his associate to Chinese President Xi Jinping during an official 2013 trip to Beijing. This trip, initially billed as a diplomatic mission, is now under a magnifying glass as questions swirl about whether Joe Biden leveraged his political position to benefit Hunter’s business ventures.

The images reportedly capture meetings between Joe Biden and executives from BHR Partners, a private equity firm co-founded by Hunter Biden. President Biden is seen in newly uncovered photos meeting with Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associates in China while he served as vice president, bringing further scrutiny to his claim he "never" discussed business with his son.

The photos, obtained by conservative-leaning America First Legal through litigation against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), appear to show then-Vice President Biden introducing his son to Chinese President Xi Jinping and then-Vice President Li Yuanchao. Other photos show Joe Biden posing with Hunter’s business associates from BHR Partners, including Jonathan Li and Ming Xue.

"These images shed light on the connections between then-Vice President Biden, Hunter and his Chinese business associates, and Chinese government officials including President Xi Jinping," America First Legal said in a press release this week. "Lawyers and representatives for President Biden and President Obama delayed NARA’s release of these photographs, as they did with other records, until after Election Day."

"These photos corroborate the House Oversight Committee’s investigative findings that Hunter Biden arranged for his father to meet with Jonathan Li and other BHR executives during the 2013 China trip, where ‘Mr. Li sought— and received — access to Vice President Biden’s political power, including, for example, preferential access to then-U.S. Ambassador to China Max Baucus … a condition of Hunter Biden and his associates participating in the BHR deal,’" America First Legal wrote.

WASHINGTON — President Biden has for years flatly denied interacting with his relatives’ foreign business associates — a contention further debunked this week as newly released photos show him meeting two of first son Hunter Biden’s business associates in China while he was vice president.

Biden, 82, was the focus of a rare House impeachment inquiry into whether he inappropriately enriched his family in countries where he held sway as vice president — with that probe ending shortly after he abandoned his re-election bid this summer with an August report concluding he abused his power.

The question of Biden’s degree of involvement in foreign dealings now is largely academic, as he and his family are no longer expected to play a significant role in American foreign policy following his retirement on Jan. 20.

The matter could present future credibility issues for Biden allies, however, such as top Oversight Committee Democrat Jamie Raskin of Maryland, who insisted in February that “there were no meetings with the president.”

A review of Biden’s public statements demonstrate a pattern of dishonesty as a mountain of evidence — including photos, emails and witness statements — showed that he did indeed interact with his family’s business partners.

Ever since The Post broke the story of Hunter Biden’s laptop in October of 2020, it’s been obvious that Joe Biden was involved in his son’s influence peddling schemes.

The president’s serial denials were as credible as Bill Clinton’s claim that “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.”

Biden’s most ridiculous lie was that he never even discussed Hunter’s foreign business with him.

Laptop messages and photos showing Joe meeting with some of Hunter’s skeezy clients proved otherwise. ...

Apparently we were supposed to believe the father never asked the son, “Hey, what are you doing on my plane and why are you going to China?”

In the event that any dead-enders believed Biden’s absurd denials, the nearby photos from that trip settle the argument.

Yet the release of the pictures does more than just prove the president a liar. The decision by the storied National Archives to withhold the evidence until after the election despite a lawsuit from America First Legal opens the door to a larger scandal. It means the president corrupted others in the administration to cover up his lie.

Think of it as a whole-of-government deception designed to help Biden win a second term. ...
