‘It’s A Carnage’: Trump Compares Ukraine War To World War II Atrocities

In his first press conference since winning the presidency, President-elect Donald Trump on Monday compared the ongoing war in Ukraine to the most devastating conflicts since World War II.

Trump said he’s committed to stopping the “horrible” war between Ukraine and Russia. During the press conference, Trump pointed to the extensive damage and high casualty rates and said the situation is grim.

“When you look at what’s happened to those, I mean, there are cities that there’s not a building standing. It’s a demolition site. There’s not a building standing. So people can’t go back to those cities. There’s nothing there. It’s just rubble,” Trump said.  .  .  .

If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-

It's a war of Putin's choosing and design.  He can withdraw Russian forces from Ukranian territory any time to bring about an armistice or a cease fire.
