Unelected bureaucrat Dr. Anthony Fauci, now a private citizen, is still enjoying an extravagant lifestyle courtesy of U.S. taxpayers.

Since January 2023, one month after he left the federal government, $15 million in tax dollars have been spent on security services for Fauci, including a fully staffed U.S. Marshals security detail, according to an OpenTheBooks.com investigation.

Through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, OpenTheBooks.com uncovered an "unprecedented" arrangement — officially termed a "memorandum of understanding" — between the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Marshals Service that "sets forth the understanding of the obligations and goals [...] relating to protective services for Dr. Anthony Fauci" prior to and after his retirement from federal service.

The taxpayer-funded security package covers salaries and benefits, including overtime pay, for the U.S. Marshals guarding Fauci, a private chauffeur to haul him around in a limousine, and law enforcement equipment, among other expenses.

That's over $150k per week.  One could hire four full-time security guards and 2 chauffeurs (at $100k annual) to cover a $168-hr week, and that would still only add up to around $12k.  Where is the other $138k per week going?

I believe reality will hit Dr. Fauci in several different ways come Jan 20, with the elimination of his taxpayer funded security changed from chauffeurs and US Marshalls to a very solid steel cell door.

We can save millions.

Maybe it wouldn't be necessary if the MAGA-sphere wan't sending him death threats and Rand Paul wasn't stalking him.

What's with Rand Paul's obession with Fauci?  Does Rand Paul have a man crush on Fauci?

Maybe he does not like a liar and a criminal in the medical field and is morally outraged by it. As a doctor, Rand Paul may take offence to people in the medical field spreading misinformation and lying to the public and killing hundreds of thousands of the people in this country.

Exactly how do you know these were 'Maga Threats'?

Fauci killed many more non-Maga types who compliantly took the shots.
