I may have to change my vote.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-

Byrons District is Bright Red, it'd be a safe GOP pickup. AFAIK DeSantis can either appoint anyone (including himself) and/or call for a special election.

Donalds by a mile!

Ok, of all those you named, Byron is absolutely without a doubt the most qualified, though that would leave a conservative seat open in the House and one that may not get filled by a conservative.

I think a likely contender for Rubio's Senate seat would be former FL AG Pam Bondi.

Admittedly though I live in FL I am not all that familiar with too many politicians in the FL House or Senate.

Yes, but I'm still leary of leaving his seat open. IMHO Trump should have kept his hands off the GOP Senate and House seats -- a little too late for that.

However, Donalds is my pick.

I like Lara Trump.  I doubt he will select her.  But she has certainly proven to generate results, and we need folks in the Senate that are results oriented.  The people presently there might as well be stone!
