I asked myself that question. I worked in property mgt all of my working life. Could be that they would hire security. Or most likely sell the property. And then it would descend into a ghetto. Saw that happen in a property we owned and sold...it was torn down eventually.

In Denver, cops are now going after Americans who are frustrated with illegal immigration. Meanwhile, a violent Venezuelan street gang has taken over an apartment complex in nearby Aurora and nothing is being done. Make it make sense.

You would be surprised at the number of landlords that want to bail on a failing property at a discount sale price and take the tax deduction...and the number of slum lords chomping at the bit to buy that property.
