Governor Glenn Youngkin today issued Executive Order 35, which codifies the election security procedures put into place during his administration, including stringent ballot security, complete and thorough counting machine testing, and best-in-the-nation voter list maintenance.

“The Virginia model for Election Security works. This isn't a Democrat or Republican issue, it's an American and Virginian issue. Every legal vote deserves to be counted without being watered down by illegal votes or inaccurate machines. In Virginia, we don’t play games and our model for election security is working,” said Governor Glenn Youngkin.

“We use 100% paper ballots with a strict chain of custody. We use counting machines, not voting machines, that are tested prior to every election and never connected to the internet. We do not mass mail ballots. We monitor our drop boxes 24/7. We verify the legal presence and identity of voters using DMV data and other trusted data sources to update our voter rolls daily, not only adding new voters, but scrubbing the lists to remove those that should not be on it, like the deceased, individuals that have moved, and non-citizens that have accidentally or maliciously attempted to register,” Governor Glenn Youngkin continued. ...

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin is ordering all votes for the 2024 presidential election to be cast by paper ballot.

Youngkin issued Executive Order 35 on Wednesday, which codifies election security protocols established under his governance for all future elections.

"The Virginia model for Election Security works. This isn't a Democrat or Republican issue, it's an American and Virginian issue," Youngkin said in an announcement. "Every legal vote deserves to be counted without being watered down by illegal votes or inaccurate machines. In Virginia, we don’t play games and our model for election security is working."

One of the most notable requirements of the security protocol is the exclusive use of paper ballots with a traceable chain of custody, offering a more concrete record of votes cast than widely-used electronic voting machines.

It isn't who casts the ballots, it's who counts them. Read her weasel words, and recognize that tabulation methods can be gamed to produce a desired result within poll error margins.
As I have said before, polls (especially push polls) are there to set the point spread for the outcome.

Is it strange that a teacher in the hallway gave my daughter  a voter registration form and told  her to fill it out on the spot and give it back to her? It has highlighted sections to complete. She told the teacher she is only 16, and she said she needed to do it anyway. My daughter told her she wanted to take it home first, and the teacher said she had to bring it back today. I have serious trust issues with LCPS and election integrity. Am I just being crazy to think this is not right?

Knewz.com is reporting that the Virginia governor's office has taken issue with an unprecedented lawsuit filed by Biden's Department of Justice (DOJ). The suit alleges that Governor Glenn Youngkin's directive to eliminate noncitizens from the voter rolls breaches the National Voter Registration Act.

Noncitizens have been prohibited from voting in federal elections since 1924, and in 1996, noncitizen voting was made a crime, punishable by fines and imprisonment. Imagine this….imagine in America, a Governor takes action to remove non-citizens (who by definition cannot vote!) from the voter roles.

Seems very basic and by the book, right?

Now imagine a Federal Court stepping in ELEVEN DAYS before the Presidential Election and ordering the State to put those non-citizens back on the voter roles!

That’s exactly what’s happening right now and it’s why Gov. Youngkin just filed for an Emergency Stay.

What kind of bizarro world do we live in where a Governor has to fight the Courts to simply keep clean (and legal!) voter rolls?
