I'm not sure how the race between B-21 production and B-52s and B-1s become unrepairable is an "enemy" to the B-21, but I've been unimpressed with the "reasoning" of the defense punditariat for quite a few decades.

False either-or. Those million PLA members have been around with that same mission since 1949 or 1950. The USN and USAF have given China "incentive" to keep thousands of miles away from the US, and that remains true for the foreseeable future. The B-21 fleet will be part of that "incentive" for decades to come.

When enough jihadis have been given sanctuary by Biden, the bombers will be useless here.  They won't likely bomb the crap out of the US to stop terrorists but who knows what a radical democrat might do since democrats aren't overly fond of the US to begin with.
