Hunter Biden dropped his lawsuit against Fox News on Sunday over "The Trial of Hunter Biden" miniseries on him hours after his father, President Joe Biden, dropped out of the presidential race.
The lawsuit was originally filed about 3 weeks ago.
The "mock trial" series described how a trial involving Biden's son might look.
Hunter Biden's legal team argued that Fox News violated New York law with the series by publishing nude photos and videos without his consent.
ABC News reported on Monday that Hunter Biden plans to refile the lawsuit against new defendants.
