2024 Presidential and VP Debate schedules and times
Gefn:
Two debates between President Joe Biden and Donald Trump have been solidified so far. The first is slated for June 27 on CNN, and the second will be hosted by ABC on Tuesday, September 10.
Both debates will take place before the already-scheduled general election debates, the schedule of which is outlined below. CNN boss Mark Thompson announced the June 27 debate — the earliest debate in a presidential campaign in history — at the Warner Bros Discovery Upfront Wednesday. The match-up will take place in Atlanta at 9 p.m. ET without a studio audience, airing live on the cable news network in addition to CNN International, CNN en Español, CNN Max and CNN.com. Moderators have yet to be announced.

Nah .., no more debates.
cato potatoe:
Trump just needs to avoid debates.
He was atrocious during the 2016 GOP debates, though republicans didn't seem to notice. He left the primaries with rock bottom favorability.
His first debate with Hillary pushed him way behind in the polls. The next two were less harmful, but more people thought Hillary won.
The 2020 election was fairly close in swing states, so any one thing can be blamed for the defeat. The first debate was so disastrous, Trump dropped out of the second.
His debate with Biden in June probably cost him the election, because Biden had time to drop out.
Kamala will have plenty of time to formulate comebacks to the stuff Trump has been saying at his rallies.
Pence was okay, if not better than Kaine or Harris.
Let Vance debate. He's pretty quick on his feet, and the exposure can only help him.
