Seniors are set to outnumber children for the first time in American history within six years, as experts warn that the country is about to struggle with a dramatically aging population.

The 'silver tsunami' has already seen the burden on working age people double since 1960 when there were six workers for every over-65.

And millions now risk having no-one to help them as the poorly-paid care industry is squeezed out by better paid jobs in a tight labor market.

Silvers who are not financially capable or set will be especailly vulnerable, adding the point of  the realzation that there will be a tipping point that government confiscation of wealth will be routine.

Decades and decades of poor governmental decisons will have he end result of a New American Dystopia.  Glad I'm approaching 70, rather than 40 or 50.

You can’t defeat math.  They’re just isn’t enough people to pay for all the people that are on these programs and shipping illegals into this country is not going to make these programs solvent,  either


And medical staff are being told they have to take more patients which increases burnout

There won't be "cuts" ... cost of living increases won't keep up with inflation, co-pays will increase, and hospital reimbursement rates will decrease.

One of my doctors has already stopped accepting insurance and opened a cash-only concierge practice.

They will manipulate the interpretation of the math with language - euphemisms, semantics, and wordsmithing.

Yeah yeah yeah some innocent people have died from fentanyl with spiked drinks or counterfeit meds but 9.9 out of 10 are basically losers. Not all

A local guy near me just od a few months ago. EMTs went to his house 9 times in the past to narcan him. No steady job, 3 kids out of wedlock, 9 criminal convictions for theft, shoplifting  on and on . Good riddance . I know of at least ,2 local business owners celebrated his death after he stole thousands of dollars of tools and supplies from them.

The small percentage innocent folks are acceptable collateral damage the govt is willing to accept

I live in a high  meth / fentanyl area and nearly all the od deaths are people who do not have their act together . I read the Facebook post after a local person died. "No great loss" "About time" type of comments is common.  People are sick of these people. Most steal, rob or sell drugs to support their habit

Is there a secret govt program pushing this to get rid of people?  No, but it the people were contributing members of society the drugs would stop

Along the lines if a beautiful white girl is kidnapped the nations stops and on the news 24/7. A ugly black or poor white kidnapped girl from the ghetto? Crickets

The first step of a  way of getting rid of people who will never contribute to SS or Medicare. It will progress into euthanasia as another mentioned of people of all ages will be eliminated and become common practice in the future so they do not waste tax dollars.   They will compare getting rid of granny or a disabled child as doing a good thing like putting down Spot the dog to put them out of their misery  and it will be advertised as a  compassionate and kind procedure
