This is just whacked.
First:
But the truth is, Johnson and Republican House leaders will deserve to lose their slim majority if they go through with their plan to enact the Biden administration’s agenda and send billions to Ukraine and Israel while refusing to do anything about the ongoing border crisis.
That's just a flat-out lie. The House passed a border bill, HB 2 (meaning it was just the
second bill introduced the entire legislation session) last July. There is another border bill that is being paired with these bills. The problem is that it won't pass the Democrat-controlled Senate, and Biden wouldn't enforce it anyway. That's not the fault of the House leadership, and it certainly isn't "refusing to do anything".
Second, from the article:
The obvious reality is that Speaker Johnson is a pathetic tool of the Washington uniparty, and the sooner he loses his gavel, the better off the country will be — even if it means Democrats regain a House majority. I’d rather have a coherent and unified opposition party than a complicit, compliant, and totally compromised GOP majority under Johnson.
What an ass. There is no filibuster in the House, which means that a House minority -- no matter how "coherent and unified" it may be -- has no power to even slow down the majority.
The truth is that if you read his article, the author's
real gripe is that he is 100% opposed to any more aid for Ukraine. To him, anyone who disagrees with him on that singular issue is no better than a Democrat, which is why he is filled with rage that Johnson supports more aid in the form of loans. Which is pretty laughable since Trump himself supports loans to Ukraine that even he admits might be forgiven.
