Trump told Daniels during the 2006 meeting not to "worry" about his wife Melania, who he'd married a year earlier — because he did not even sleep in the same room as her, Daniels testified.

“He showed me a few pictures and things, and I said 'Oh, what about your wife," Daniels told jurors.

"He said, 'Don’t worry about that, we don’t even sleep in the same room." Daniels continued.

Trump sat silently at the defense table during this testimony and had no noticeable reaction.

The jury is getting a show today. Stormy Daniels is a very expressive witness, using her hands and face - all nose wrinkles, and pouts, and smiles - to tell her story.

We have heard about 'condom mandatory' porn shoots, how frequently she is tested for STD (once a month in 2006, twice a month now), her 'blond hair and big boobs, as well as the first meeting with Trump, when she spanked him with a rolled up magazine.

The 12 jurors and the alternates are listening intently, just as poker-faced as they were yesterday when they heard a dry discussion of invoices, checks and ledgers.

Trump defended the practice of "penny pinching" in another book excerpt shown just now to jurors.

“Penny pinching? You bet. I'm all for it,” Trump wrote in "Trump: Think like a Billionaire," published in 2004.

Trump also noted that he once proudly cashed a check for just $.50 as part of a "test" by Spy Magazine to find the "world's cheapest billionaire."

“They may call that cheap, I call it watching the bottom line,” he bragged in the book.

Too bad he didn’t do that as president


But what purpose is showing an excerpt from his book about being a penny pincher suppose to serve?

Adult film star Stormy Daniels, in the midst of a publicity tour fueled by past allegations of a 2006 sexual relationship with a then-married Donald Trump, said in a statement on Tuesday the alleged affair never occurred.

Keith Davidson, a lawyer for Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, confirmed the statement was authentic but didn’t offer any further details.

The statement came at a curious time for Clifford, who appeared after the president’s State of the Union address on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” In recent weeks she has changed production companies, given a television interview and promoted strip club appearances with a risque play on Trump’s “Make America Great Again,” campaign slogan.

In her statement Tuesday, Clifford said she wasn’t denying the affair because she was paid “hush money,” but rather “because it never happened.”

Neither Cohen nor Clifford have addressed whether she was paid $130,000, and if so why.

Including the last Rasmussen poll which has Trump up by 12.  There are no polling trends favoring Biden right now, so I have no idea where she is getting this from either.

Stormy Daniels is about to be called in New York, who sought to sell her story on Trump and received payment for a NDA. It is not clear what she offers beyond salacious details to embarrass Trump. The NDA is not in dispute...

..Her testimony will not materially impact the evidence on whether reimbursement to Cohen was correctly denoted on records. Ironically, even a porn star who sought to cash in on a scandal may be more credible than the serial perjurer, disbarred Cohen.

Daniels said that they were having sex "in missionary position" before an objection was raised, and the judge sustained the objection.

Daniels testified that Trump wasn't wearing a condom, which she admitted was a concern.

Asked if the sexual encounter was brief, Daniels replied, "Yes."

Trump introduced Stormy Daniels to NFL star Ben Roethlisberger night after sex: testimony

Stormy Daniels testified that the night after she had sex with Donald Trump, she met him the next day in Lake Tahoe where he introduced to her to his "friend" — former Steelers Super-Bowl winning quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

Daniels said that Trump's bodyguard told her that Trump wanted to talk to her again, and she met Trump at one of the night clubs at the charity event.

"Trump was sitting in a booth, not drinking, at a nightclub with his friends and bodyguard," Daniels said. "He introduced as his old friend Stormy to Big Ben."

Daniels is referring to the NFL star's nickname, she said.

Daniels recalled how she remembers getting the chance to try on Roethlisberger's Super Bowl ring because she could fit two fingers in it.

She remembers taking a cab back.

‘I felt ashamed that I didn’t stop it, that I didn’t say no,' Daniels says.

This case has no chance of beating a Trump appeal, no matter how sleazy and biased the jurors are.   This whole exercise was for maximum embarrassment.......  nothing more.
