Pretty much I have none of the above...
My place is modest. I could forego insurance altogether... Liability only on the rigs. Again, modest. If I wreck it, I can come up with another for a few thousand in hit.
Now, that don't always work out. Caught a wind a couple years ago that damaged the roof. That ain't covered. It's fixed good enough, but the whole roof needs replaced, and that in the next couple years. That's on me. Hopefully I am back in an upright position by then, and I'll just put the new roof on myself.
But by and large, a frugal existence is not only possible, but desired.
I don't want all that crap. Been there, done that, barfed blood every morning.
No more.
So nothing but the simple things.
No subscriptions (except Prime and MS Office, both of which are for work)
Very little insurance.
Own the house.
Almost debt free.
Never eat out - Prefer not to
No car payments (hardly ever in my life)
Plenty of room for modest entertainment.
A pretty happy, stress-free way to be.
