That's a good thing.

Arizona will get a good look at our affirmative action, sex kitten up close and personal. 

If we are stupid enough to listen to her, we deserve what we get.

Given her track record, she's probably had about 20. 

And it has obviously affected her mental acuity.

Assuming the DCommunists' ballot initiative re abortion is cleared to be on the November ballot, there's not much the Pubbies can do in the state legislature or anywhere else.

The ballot initiative will rule the day in November, one way or the other.

Cyber ... if you're reading this... what percentage of the vote is required to amend the state constitution in Arizona? 50%? 60%?

The DComs will easily reach 50%.
60% -- a little harder, but I would give even that a 50-50 chance, if not greater.

The great thing....Arizona gets to decide.  Not Harry Blackmun and the other morons that were on the SCOTUS at the time.

So, in my mind it's more important that the people of the state get to chose than what it is that they chose.  Even if they make it legal, a great many people are going to know it is, for the most part, wrong.
