Our DOJ team flags: while nuance in Biden answers from the transcript are not entirely reflected in Hur's report, worth noting POTUS said some version of "I 'know" approx. 100 times  (including "I have no damn idea")

Biden was a Senator and then Vice President when he retained classified documents. Confirming he never had the authority to have retained them in the first place.

Note: The partisan @FBI
 never raided Biden’s home or UPenn office. AG Merrick Garland and Jack Smith remain silent.

Biden is asked a specific and difficult question that will incriminate him if he answers honestly, so he falls back on the familiar sly defense: 1. Delay;  2. Invoke his dead son for sympathy; 3. Feign memory loss. It’s all over the transcript. Classic con artist behavior. And it worked. Embarrassing for him that the anatomy of his dishonesty is laid bare for all to see, but his life is full of embarrassment. He is impervious. He got away with it. That’s the point. You’re the chump.

NEW: Biden told Hur he knew more about Afghanistan than Obama and was a "premiere member of the foreign policy establishment," but Hur found a number of folders labeled "Afganastan" in his files in his handwriting. Biden had been misspelling Afghanistan as "Afganastan" since 1980

Now this is where I come in.

Think back to how many times Biden bragged about his meetings with president Xi.

We believe that Biden left Afghanistan when China told Biden to leave AFTER Biden sold Xi Bagram Airbase.

That's all I can say right now.
