VIDEO: Chinese New Year Brings Weird Casino "Luck"

All night we kept going up and then down then up and then down. Here is a sample when we were $1 down. Normally when we lose our entire $20 we initially put into the slots we stop but it was February 10, Chinese New Year, so I "splurged" with an extra buck into the slots and... we were up again! The problem was that even though we hit a bunch of lucky spins they did not yield much. At the end of the evening we lost our $20 but, hey, we had fun with that whole Chinese New Year shtick at the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino. The next time we hit the casino will be aboard the Celebrity Beyond during our Caribbean Cruise in April.

At one time that would have been advantageous for meal prices when casinos provided INEXPENSIVE buffets for the public. However, nowadays, those prices have gone waaaay up. A few years ago we went to another Seminole casino that had $6.99 prime rib buffets that was great for a few years and then they STOPPED. Only pricey buffets nowadays.

True.  Half my town got laid off for the period of time Nevada had the worst part of the COVID Hoax, and the Hotels all closed.  When they reopened, prices were higher and Hotel services like Housekeeping were pretty bad.  Still are.  The GOP Fundraiser we did in NV was the last one they did for over a year.  NV was one of the really bad states for the COVID panic.
