Illegal immigrants account for up to 22 seats in the House thanks to Biden’s exec order, experts warn
February 15, 2024 | Vivek Saxena |

The never-ending influx of criminal illegal aliens across the southern border could significantly impact states’ representation in the House and Electoral College, according to critics.

The problem is a law that President Joe Biden, a rabid Democrat, signed into law in January of 2021 that forces the U.S. Census Bureau to factor in all residents, including illegals when measuring the census.

“As a result, the apportionment of House seats and, therefore, electoral votes for presidential elections, could be swayed as migrants continue to pour over the southern border,” Fox News notes.

Mark Krikorian, the executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies, is particularly worried about this.

“Illegal immigration has all kinds of effects and among them is that it distorts the mechanics of democratic government,” he told Fox News. “Illegal immigrants aren’t even supposed to be here, so their inclusion in the census count for purposes of apportionment really is outrageous.”

So, illegals count towards apportionment?  Now, the Open Border makes perfect sense.  The Dems are attempting to supplement the demographic declines in Blue States by importing illegal immigrants.

Of course ... that's been the plan, and also granting ILLEGALS asylum with voting rights.

“In addition, the Secretary shall use tabulations of population reflecting the whole number of persons whose usual residence was in each State as of the census date, without regard to immigration status, in reports provided to the Governor and officers or public bodies having responsibility for legislative apportionment or districting of each State,” it added.

No, that's not what the Constitution says.  Apportionment is based on how many people can legally vote.  Illegals cannot legally vote, so they do not count towards apportionment.

No, ILLEGALS cannot legally vote but they do and regardless, they do count towards appointment.

Executive orders...can be repealed.

Perhaps this issue ought to be brought up before the Supreme Court...?

A show of hands, please.
