LIVE: Fire official reports 8 to 10 injured in shooting following Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade; 2 in custody

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV/Gray News) - Police have responded to reports of shots fired near the stage at Union Station just moments after the Chiefs Super Bowl parade ended.
Kansas City police reported shots were fired near the garage at Union Station and several people were struck. A fire official reported 8 to 10 people were injured, according to the Associated Press.
Two armed people have been taken into custody, according to Kansas City police.
Several people sheltered in place inside Union Station. Kansas City police later said they have all been released. Police are asking for witnesses to go to the southwest corner of Pershing and Main to help with their investigation.
