Karine Jean-Pierre has said Joe Biden will not take a cognitive test as part of his annual physical this week, despite the DOJ report saying his memory was failing.

Americans watched as Biden held a disastrous presser Thursday after the damning review found the president had failing memory and 'diminished faculties'.
